FacebookMoving house can be a stressful time and for me, for a number of reasons, it was particularly so. I found all the staff at Hudson Moody friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to my questions with great expertise and there was always someone available who was familiar with my case. They worked well with others involved in the chain. There were a number of times I might have given up but Jo particularly helped me keep going to the end.

They took care of keys, and even helped with final meter readings and with adjusting heating in a cold spell. GoogleI was deeply disappointed by the quality of the property I was shown as it was not how it was presented on their website. The studio was in a terrible condition with the mattress being purple and the floor squeaking on your passing. I was told that neither the mattress would be replaced nor the floor be fixed had I decided to rent the property. On the website the studio looked brighter and in a much better condition. The photos shown on your website were extremely misleading and do not reflect the state of the property.
In addition, the agent had been extremely rude as well. Without any prompt he made rude and unnecessary remarks on my financial situation. When I expressed how different the flat looked from the photos, he said that If I had more money I could afford a better flat. It was very unprofessional of the agent. It was a deeply saddening and hurtful was to listen to this remark. I have not experienced such discrimination amongst the young professionals who are just starting to balance on their feet before.

Following your comments we understand that Ben Hudson and our Lettings Manager Debbie Deans have both been in touch with you personally. We appreciate all feedback and take it very seriously. The flat was first put on the rental market a number of months ago and due to that fact, I believe the property did look more light and airy at the time of taking the photographs. Your comments in regards to our accompanied viewer have also been discussed and dealt with, thank you once again for bringing this to our attention.
I appreciate you are not interested in this particular flat but I do wish you the best of luck in securing a property for yourself.
