Romans, Yateley reviews

I would just like to comment on service we received from Jack Barton at Romans Yateley. Which in my view was just excellent for us and the sale of our house. Nothing seemed too much trouble. From the pre-advice of clients wanting to see the property we were selling, to Solicitor recommendations, to even printing off documents for us as our printer had broken down for a period of time. In my view Jack made it work for the sale to go through and as stated nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks also to Elliot King who's input was extremely positive and helpful. Thanks to all.

From start to finish Elliot and his team offered excellent customer service. Our property sold quickly but the harder task in my mind was to find our new place. Selling through Romans meant they could quickly get us in to properties that had recently listed which ultimately meant we found somewhere we wanted in good time. It’s not just the selling aspect, it’s them helping you find a suitable home to buy as well so would highly recommend Romans Yateley for this.

Elliott King and the move team Catharine McNicholas were great throughout the whole process. Elliott was proactive with positioning the marketing of the house and extremely responsive when I contacted him. Catharine kept us up to date and helped with some of the inevitable chasing around. A smooth process for us, many thanks.

I just need to say that, from valuation to exchange, Elliott and the team have looked after me so well. The valuation was great, I had good advice and lots of reassurance around making the property sellable, they handled viewings professionally and answered all of my many questions with experience and patience. I especially recommend dealing with Elliott. He kept all his promises to me and held my hand through the whole process. Finally, the bottom line is if I had gone with someone else I would have lost thousands, even after costs.

From the initial valuation to the completion date, the service from Elliott and his team has been professional, efficient and so easy. I would definitely recommend the team at Romans and would come to them should I need to in the future. Can’t thank you enough for making this process quick and easy for my parents.

I’m not totally sure why Estate Agents get a bad name! Over the last six months I have been dealing with Romans in Yateley in regard to the sale of my late mother and father-in-laws house. During this time, I can honestly say that the team (Elliott, Jack, Chris & Natalie, to name but 4!) in Yateley have been very professional, friendly, diligent and helpful even after a buyer was found and the sale process was passed to their legal team. I was particularly impressed with their focus on getting the house to market in the right forums and at the right place, especially in a difficult market. The additional thing I felt comforting was their willingness to negotiate fees (as a sole agent) to a reasonable percentage of the selling price. Well done guys, keep up the good work! Romans have been excellent throughout our house sale. From the beginning the team were very professional and we felt confident in the ability to firstly achieve an offer for our Property and secondly to see the matter through to completion

We had Elliott round to do a valuation on our property. He had done so much research regarding the house before he arrived and was very professional. Due to a change in circumstances we decided not to put our house on the market but we would have definitely used Romans had we sold

My wife and I have bought and sold through Romans Estate Agents for many years and all the staff in the Yateley office are superb. Elliott King (Manager) is a hard working, compassionate professional who is the SME for house sales in and around Yateley. Highly recommended.
