GoogleHad house viewing booked by Rowland for a property on Charlesbury Crescent in Yardley for Wednesday 28th September. I was told by the owner that the property had been sold on Monday. I recieved no communication by Reeds Rains informing me about this. Thoroughly disappointed and angered by the lack of professionalism. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

We would always try to contact customers to advise of cancelled appointments and I know there were several others that were called to cancel for the same day that your viewing was scheduled(28th), so I can only apologise that somehow you did not receive any contact from us - this is very unusual, so once again I can only apologise.

They got us a good buyer and kept us informed throughout. Special mention to Kevin who was so wonderful, genuine and knowedgable. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed by the service they provide.

GoogleWhen ever you want to view a property. They say No viewings. Iv been calling these guys for the last yr. Sadly too many back handers. For any sellers I would strongly recommend being a mystery caller if you have given these guys your property. Night mare getting a viewing & night mare making an offer.
