Highly recommend. Sean came a valued our property, offering a competitive price and outlined the process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were also very impressed with the photos. Kerri was fantastic at keeping us updated on potential buyers and helping to arrange viewings. We viewed a couple of properties with Izzie who knew lots about the properties and was flexible to fit around us. We were also very impressed with Janet, who kept us updated on our purchase, offering timely responses and wasn't afraid to dig a little deeper to get things moving! Thanks to everyone involved!

Janet from Starkings & Watson is beyond a superstar - my partner & I bought our first home together through these guys and Janet was an angel, kept us up to date even when it was nothing more than letting us know the train was still on the tracks. She fought our corner when our solicitors dropped a very large ball that nearly lost us our completion date and I truly think she single handedly stopped me from having a full blown meltdown! All in all she was fantastic and I couldn't recommend her more, she was kind, empathetic, fun to talk to and a shoulder to cry on when it got too stressful.

I recently sold my property through Starlings & Watson, who also handled my onward purchase, and I was really pleased with the service I received. They were good at pushing everything through and supporting me to finally reaching completion. I did experience some challenges with my buyers’ representatives, but the team were incredibly proactive in chasing matters and keeping everything moving. They kept me fully up to date throughout the process, which made a stressful time much more manageable. In particular, Kerry was brilliant. She regularly picked up the phone to provide clear updates, was always honest, and offered reassurance. Her communication really made a difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to sell a property with them again. The little moving-in gift was also also a lovely surprise. Thank you to Kerry and the whole team!

Kerri Burrows, Hal and Ellie kept me informed at every stage, and were always available when I called for advice, or had a querie. Likewise, Coren Pollard on the Sales Progression team updated me at every stage of the final sale/exchange/completion, which was very reassuring. We had a very tight timescale to work towards to secure our onward purchase. The team were quick to react and got our property photographed and online in a couple of days. Our first viewing resulted in an offer of the asking price that we accepted. This all occurred in the space one week which was fantastic. Carolyn kept up the pressure on the other parties to keep things moving and we were able to exchange and complete in around 3 months. Only room for improvement was the initial communication between teams. We had to reiterate our tight timescale as initial viewings were booked in too far in the future. Once we spoke with Kerri, this was smoothed out. A nice touch was receiving a moving in card and small gift. Would highly recommend for your next house move.

Starkings and Watson estate agents provided a professional and personal approach to selling my house from start to finish. Kerri and Hal in the sales team were always really helpful in ensuring viewing times were appropriate and balanced with us needing to get two dogs out of the house, and then in giving us time to make decisions when offers came through. We were extremely happy with the service from our initial valuation through to exchange. Kerri kept in contact through the months when we were thinking about moving without being 'pushy'. Dominic valued our house and gave a detailed account of the valuation. Dominic did not pressurise us and he gave us confidence that he knew the market and gave advice about the information that we should give prospective buyers, making sure we presented the house with integrity. Dominic's valuation proved to be spot on and we were pleased with the number and speed of viewings. Kerri kept us informed about the status of viewings and arranged them efficiently. Finally, we were very impressed with Carolyn's management of the post sales process. She was assertive without being aggressive and was a great conduit between ourselves and the buyers. She was able to cut through the noise and communicate with solicitors when needed. This aspect of the service was a great addiiton to the whole process and exceeded expectations.
