If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked a viewing for a property only to turn up and discover it was no longer going ahead. When I contacted the agent, I was told they had “emailed me” to cancel because the house was under offer, but no such email was ever received. Not only was this a complete waste of my time, it also shows a shocking lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. For a business that relies on communication and customer service, failing at something as fundamental as notifying clients is simply unacceptable. It leaves the impression they don’t value prospective buyers at all. If this is how they treat people at the very first stage, I dread to think how they manage the rest of the process. I would strongly advise others to be wary of dealing with this agency, if you value your time, your inbox, or even the slightest bit of professionalism, look elsewhere.

Very happy with the professional service that Julie, Kelsey and her support team gave us when we were selling our Mother’s home. From the initial meeting my brother and I felt that we were going to have great support as they really got to know the house and its features, and were therefore able to liaise successfully with our second buyers. Although we did have a bit of a rollercoaster when the first buyers had to pull out they kept us informed and regained the momentum to achieve a successful sale within a further 6 months. Julie, Laura and Lauren have been an absolute joy to deal with. Julie was our main contact for the sale of our house (which sold on the first day) the sneak peak option got a lot of interest and Julie knows how to exhibit and sell it's best features. She has been at the end of the phone throughout the whole process and also helped us find our new home . I honestly don't know what we would have done without her, she managed to keep me calm and also reassured me on every phone call. I definitely wasn't the easiest of customers. I can happily say they go above and beyond for customers. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family if they are looking for a good and honest estate agents.

If I could give this review more than 5* I would. Julie, Kelsey and Aimee were amazing throughout the process of the purchase of our home. Between the 3 of them, they contacted us almost every day to give us an update, or even just a courtesy call to let us know what they were doing to progress the sale. Aimee went above and beyond to meet us at the house on multiple occasions even out of office hours to allow us to view it whilst the sale was progressing. Customer service was 10/10.
