GoogleHaving recently been looking at moving into the Wrexham area I stopped off at reeds and rains where I met a young lady named Sophie, and what a joy it was such a helpful polite well mannered young lady she really couldn’t do enough to make my experience as easy and relaxed as possible she’s a credit to her employer and when the time comes for my eldest to move out I hope Sophie is still available to help us.

GoogleThrough Silas at Reeds Rains Wrexham I have now sold my house 7 years ago, parents 5 years and only last week, my sister's non standard build property. The latter proved a difficult prospect but Silas and his team prevailed. The service has been excellent on each occasion with Silas knowledgeable professional and latterly most tenacious, patient and understanding. Couldn't rate the service highly enough.

GoogleTenant is allowed to get away with not letting landlord in for over a year. Other agents would issue 24 hours notice and insist upon entry, as was legally correct. Avoid at all cost.

They were there to answer our questions, do repeat viewings and always very communicative and responsive to telephone calls and emails. GoogleBrilliant, trouble free purchase of large Victorian property. Excellent customer relations with continuous contact throughout process. Silas and Sophie were so friendly and helpful, which reinforced my confidence in having purchased the property through their Company. I would have no hesitation in using Reeds Raines Wrexhan in the future, and can highly recommend them to anyone contemplating buying a home.

GoogleMy experience comes from a place full of gratitude in the sense that I was very new to the country and unfamiliar with any of the processes to get housing...I remember the shock realizing that just because I viewed a house and looked excited during the view didn't mean I would get that house...I was in that disappointment era when I met Silas and he listened and although he made me understand the decision lay solely on the landlord he assured me he would do what was in his power...he kept that word. All our concerns and needs were always met with understanding and promptness as long as it was within their capacity. These last few months were the most stressful as we were looking for our next property to move in and for the number of times I panicked being on a notice to vacate and spoke with Sophie Webster she was always patient and understanding rendering all possible help and suggestions on how to go about the house search and what options we had...We would have loved to continue dealing with Reeds and Rains but our new house came through a different agency but we're ever grateful for all the support through the 4years we had at Caxton Place. Highly recommend

GoogleWe're very happy with the excellent service that we received from Reeds Rains, Wrexham. Silas did the initial market appraisal in May and the sale was completed by mid July. He conducted all the viewings and we achieved a price that we were very satisfied with. Tabitha in the office was always polite, friendly and efficient. We feel that we received sound professional advice and a first class service all round.
