GoogleExceptional service and caring team, we would recommend 100%. We worked very closely with Hannah during what turned out to be a long drawn out sale. We could not speak any higher of the commitment, support and guidance Hannah was able to provide. Over the 7 month period she was not only an estate agent but went above and beyond to become what felt like our agony aunt. She would always make sure she was available along with taking every challenge in her stride to work with us and come up with new solutions to ensure our sale got across the line. We'd like to offer Hannah, Richard and the team a massive thank you.

GoogleIf I could give more than 5 stars I would! I purchased a property being sold by B S Bennett and from start to end they were supportive, always in contact and super friendly. Hannah and Julie were the ones I most spoke to and at all times they were extemely friendly, honest and just wonderful people! They were truely dedicated to seeing things through to completion for me, always checking in, helping me and keeping me updated. Everything was carried out by them,. many thanks to all as they provided two families for the two properties we wanted to sell. GoogleWe recently bought a property through B S Bennett. They were very helpful throughout the process. They responded to any query very quickly and kept us informed on the progress. On the move day they gave us welcome packs when we picked up they keys, which was a nice gesture. They have also helped with a few things even after the move. I would warmly recommend them if you are buying or selling in the area. I felt we got better service and attention than with a large agency chain.

YellDon't let with this agent
I joined a house hold half way through a letting agreement with this easte agent. They at first seemed very friendly. We passed our 6 monthly inspections perfectly & paid our rent on time, so we didn't have many dealings with the Estate agent until we left the property after our contract had expired. We gave the appropriate notice etc. we cleaned the house and repainted over all marks on the wall. We passed our checkout inspection without any negative feedback. Once it was time for our deposit to be paid back, the estate agent turned against us and wanted to fine us for wear and tear and made up breakages which where not in our checkout report. Finally got our full deposit back once threatened to sue. There was no customer service and the situation was handled unprofessionally. I then joined another house share and sat down with the same stage agent to find out what I needed to do. They said as they already knew me from the last rental, that I didn't need a new reference. Once I had moved in the agent changed their mind and lied to me about it, saying we had never had our orginal convo. Had to then pay for referencing, for them to make a quick £60. Again handled poorly and lied to the customer. I would never rent through this agent again.
