Did a good job overall for our house sale and provided a buyer from their list of contacts before the house reached the market. Rachel Spencer is highly recommended: switched-on, proactive and helpful. Rachel did a lot of chasing for us, Owen helped too. That said, we’d be £25k worse off if we took all of milburys advice, so it’s good to know what the house will sell for and give clear instructions. House prices are always a guessing game and it’s better to do your own research and know what’s realistic.

We chose to go local with Milburys in Wotton under Edge as we were living a long way away from the house we were selling, and also because they offered us the best deal. Whilst we did have a small hiccup with our first sale attempt, when this fell through they were quick to remarket, and set up new viewings within the next few days from which we secured our sale. They responded well to our needs and it was good to know that someone was also keeping an eye on the house whilst it was empty. Paige kept in contact with us at every stage, and was a pleasure to deal with.

Exceptional customer service with a pro-active approach to the whole process. The team at Milburys were outstanding. They were polite, professional and did what they said they were going to do, from the first point of contact (Maia). It's rare these days that expectations are exceeded (particularly when selling your house), but Mulburys (Owen Woolfrey needs a special mention here!) achieved this through every step of the process.
