GoogleWhat a fantastic young lady Beth is!!! If I could score her ten I would!
I have been looking at a few flats and popped into the worthing branch and saw Beth. A very friendly lady who listened to what I needed and selected a property for me based on what I told her.
The appointment was booked however i had to cancel. This is where Beth stood out. When I rang her and explained why I had to cancel she wasn’t off or funny, she was very understanding and showed great empathy towards me. She stayed upbeat for the whole call and even kept me on record if something else comes up in the future when I will need to move.
When I need to rent again my first visit will be straight to see Beth!
Over the years of renting properties it feels that if you’re not signing for a flat then they are not interested in you where Beth just wanted to help!
A real credit to your company and you should use her for training all new colleagues

GoogleThis branch is an amazing asset to the company, me and my flat mate are both students who were looking to move to the Worthing area for university, we struggled to find any accommodation until we walked into the Worthing branch. When we walked in we received a very warm welcome and was greeted by a lovely lady called Beth, she was fantastic in the search for accommodation, she understood all of our concerns and needs. From knowing what we was after she very quickly found us a flat to move into. The team at the branch were fantastic at making everything happen for us, they made sure that any questions or queries we had were solved quickly and efficiently, they made us feel as though no question was silly, the team are a fantastic bunch. And I would like to add that my move to the Worthing area wouldn't have happened without Beth and the team at the Worthing branch.

GoogleI had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Delia Potter from Your Move, Worthing. She was first class from start to finish. Unfortunately my solicitors were next to useless but Delia went above and beyond in making sure of my purchase going through. She chased all the associated parties within the chain every day and even unearthed a major error that my solicitors made which would have stopped the sale of my Flat and the purchase of my new home as we were on a very confined time scale.
I have no dout in my mind that without Delia I wouldn't have obtained my dream home that I now live in. I have no plans to move in the future, but if I did I know who I'll be calling.

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Staff are consistently rude and patronising when you ask questions that they don’t want to answer. One lady spoke to me like she was my mum and told me if I wasn’t happy to go and complain to the manager, I did so and the manager terminated the phone call.
Me and my partner have also had our deposit illegally held for over 6 weeks now, with your move refusing to pay us back our deposit even though the flat is in a better condition than what it was when we moved in. The staff will offer you excuses and pass the blame to each colleague, with you having to constantly chase them up.
I will never use again and I will be taking this company to trading standards, watch dog and to court to pursue this further.

GoogleTERRIBLE estate agents. Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the WORTHING branch. They charge extortionate amounts in fees, and then got the name and address wrong on the contract, as well as many other things. refuse to respond to complaints within the recommended time frame. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, not only from M. Porter lettings manager but also the old lady that works in lettings who cant even spell peoples name correctly.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
