GoogleWe have recently sold our first home with Aaron at James & James. We would 100% recommend him to anyone as he is very professional, friendly and an experienced estate agent. Having never sold a property before, Aaron put our minds at ease and made the whole process as seamless as possible. He updated us regularly and got the answers that we needed through our chain within hours. Within 24 hours of marketing our home, we had a viewing booked in and in just under 2 weeks, we had agreed our sale with the exact price we were hoping for. The whole process took just under 3 months. Our property was marketed beautifully and the photographs looked like they had come from an outsourced photography company, Aaron was faultless at taking the correct angles and carefully made sure that every aspect of our home was displayed exactly how would have wanted. We will definitely be using Aaron’s services in future. Thank you so much!

GoogleI recently moved into rented accommodation through James and James through their Ferring branch. Communication was always thorough and extremely professional. We'd agreed a date and I was aiming for that. It wasn't the initial date I'd wanted but everything was explained to me why. Soon after this my living accommodation became untenable and I emailed James and James explaining my situation and that I had no choice but to move within 4 days. I knew deep down it could never be done. Never have I been in such a worrying experience that I was going to potentially be homeless. James and James saved me. They listened to my worries, didn't judge and their only priority was to help me. I couldn't have ever asked for a better Estate Agent. The entire process that should have taken weeks took them 4 days as it was an emergency. I owe them so much. It was touch and go at one point but nothing was too much trouble. What an incredible service I received, I can never thank them enough. In my hour of need they made sure I was happy and safe. Should I ever need an Estate Agent again for buying or letting, I would only ever use their company. Caring , kind, professional and above all, I was important to them as a human being not just a number. Please always use this estate agent if you possibly can, in my opinion when you are going through one of the most stressful times of your life, James and James care enough as if you are family. Thank you James and James from the bottom of my heart. Highest of recommendations from me.

Every member of staff I dealt with were helpful, honest and stuck to their word(if you get Aaron you’re onto a winner). They even went above and beyond and helped in areas when other estate agents were lacking. I couldn’t recommend them enough and if I move again I’ll 100% use them.
