GoogleHelpful, professional, available, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable advice from the whole team. As first time buyers, Harry walked us through the process, keeping us informed at every stage and remaining patient, despite delays from our solicitor. We were openly dubious as we had been previously lied to and let down by a different company but since working with Bacon and Co we have learned that good, honest estate agents do exist! Highly recommend from a buyers perspective and will certainly be asking them to sell for us in the future.

GoogleChris and the team at Bacon were fantastic. They were always happy to help and answered any questions we had, no matter how big or small. They made the process of selling our property run really smoothly. We only wish we had been able to find a property to buy with Bacon as well, as the experience we had with another agent in Worthing was dreadful. Which just highlighted for us how great Bacon are and I would, without hesitation, always use them going forward. Thanks for all your help team, we really appreciate it

GoogleBacon & Co's Harry Moreland handled our house purchase - so was not even officially our agent - but nonetheless conducted himself with efficiency and courtesy over the few months from our initial viewing to eventual purchase. I recommend him and the firm wholeheartedly. Notably, he never required chasing, instead updating us on a regular basis as to the progress of the transaction.

The purchase was complicated as the tenant didn\'t leave when they were meant to but throughout the process the estate agents did their best. Chris was amazing, it felt like he really cared. As a first time buyer Chris patiently answered all my many questions. He corresponded promptly with solicitors and used his initiative. GoogleNothing but lies. Stay away! Lied about a neighbour from hell who has a police record, was sectioned and has been reported to the local authority. Also lied about a complete BOTCHED draining system - I cannot do my dishes!!!!! Cannot wash clothes!!!! . Grocely misrepresented property. My life and finances ruined. I'm in bits.

The previous tenants had lived at the property for four years, and our lettings team were never notified of any neighbour issues. Additionally, our sales team was not made aware of any concerns by the vendor. During our management, a plumber attended the property to investigate drainage issues, which were believed to have been resolved. Typically, drainage issues are identified during a survey, so we recommend raising this matter with your surveyor as well. Our business has been built on honesty and customer recommendations, and we are very keen to help resolve the issues you are currently facing. GoogleFrom the initial consultation with Wayne and Harry, all the way to completion of the sale, I could not have been more impressed with the service I received from Bacon and Co. The presentation of the property was impressive and included a 3D walkthrough and accurate photographs. They created enough interest in the first 10 days to generate two offers and then skillfully managed negotiations to a satisfactory conclusion. They kept me up to date with the progress of the sale and it would be difficult to imagine a smoother process. I am happy to recommend them without the slightest reservation.
