I have just returned home from a viewing with Keavney's and I feel compelled to leave a review to applaud the members of staff. It was an open viewing with lots of people there, I usually find this method very daunting but both Victoria and Linzi were so lovely, they made me feel welcome and put me at ease straight away. Its been a such a pleasure, Keavney's are lucky to have such friendly, professional and compassionate staff members on their books. I have been searching for a property for a while now and their service is much better than others I've been too. I also find there Instagram very helpful. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks again ladies!

Where do I begin with Keavneys? They helped to sell our house for us and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. All of the staff are so professional and deal with everything quickly and efficiently. They were on hand to answer any queries we had, even in regards to our property we was buying that wasn't being sold with them they gave us lots of advice. They honestly went above and beyond bur the most impressive thing that stood out was how friendly each and every staff member is. This made the whole process so much better as we felt completely at ease and also a very stressful process was made much better. Having moved out of the property I owned in Manchester, and now living in Northern Ireland. I was looking for what I thought would be a more approachable estate agent when it came to putting my house up for sale. I knew that all communication was going to have to be done remotely, and if there were to be any problems, that dealing with an agent like Keavney's gave me the best chance of making the process as pain free as possible. So after reading a couple of reviews similar to this, I chose to go with Keavney's rather than one of the big high street names that I could have chosen. How pleased I am with my choice. Linzi dealt with the sale, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She was very pro active in ensuring we got the best price for the property, she was more than helpful in resolving any of the issues that arose. Knowing we were across the water, she put me in touch with a solicitor. And for me, most importantly, she was always very quick to respond to any queries, emails, telephone calls. Most estate agents tend to be much of a muchness in my experience, so in order to stand out they are now having to be that little bit special to impress. Keavney Estates seem to be achieving this through prompt professional service but with that all important personal touch. When coming to value our property for selling, Keavneys come well prepared with a document detailing how they arrived at that value and the reason why. Great service. Came out very promptly to value the property and didn’t over value to try and get the business. Gave real examples to explain why they had recommended their figure. When the buyer was causing delays they did a great job of keeping on top of their solicitor to make sure things progressed in the timely manner that was required.
