FacebookExcellent service from the lovely Miranda! Nothing was ever to much trouble for her always happy to help when I called the office. We currently rent through Martin and co and what a pleasure it was dealing with them, usually a really stressful time but they made it so easy and simple. GoogleI have used Martin & Co before so had no hesitation in using them for my relocation this time around. From my very first phone call (all calls/emails have been answered/responded to quickly) I was reassured of a professional and personal service. My home didn't even go live before a viewing was booked by the buyers who subsequently bought my property. Both Vicky and Sarah have been fantastic, they answered my questions and gave solid and relevant advice. I wanted a professional and discreet service so felt able to trust them with the whole process (along with the keys to my home). I would recommend using Martin & Co to everyone. GoogleI bought a property that Martin & Co were handling. I found them very responsive. The main people I spoke to on the phone was Vicky and Sarah. They were always lovely and polite. Whenever I viewed the property, it was Sarah who greeted me. Always before time, always with good detail and understanding about the property and sellers. You know when you go to view a property and the person showing you round says, "well, I know nothing about this house, I'll ask XXX" - I didn't get this with Martin & Co. Both Vicky and Sarah knew about the property, and if there was something I requested (like the emptying of the shed or what's the alarm code), if they didn't know, they asked the seller promptly. I was impressed with Martin & Co. Illustrative of them, is that when I sold my property I had to beg my estate agent to pick up the For Sale sign (they never got round to putting up the For Sold sign and they had 6-8 weeks to do so). Martin & Co had a Sold sign up. The day after I completed, that sign was picked up, without me even mentioning it. Very competent. Fully recommend. I don't plan on moving in the near future, but if I need to, they'll be my first port of call.

The sale went extremely smoothly from booking our initial viewing, making the offer and right through to completion. First class service from start to finish. GoogleHaving had our house on the market with another agent for approaching 18 months, we added Martin & Co approx 5 weeks ago. They made a point of having their Sales agents also view the house so that they were familiar with the property and could better engage with prospective vendors. Their style and approach was excellent as also was their ability to secure vendors for viewing with the appropriate interest in the property which has led to an agreed sale. Everyone at Martin & Co were professional and personable and communications were great throughout. Special note of mention to Kendra and Vicky for securing the sale, though also Miranda and Sarah for their part as well.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
