Whilst the builders have left us more snags than I can count… the customer care team are absolutely fantastic. Ben and Martin are the dream team and I feel so happy to have them here knowing they will do a really good job. Everything is always clean, tidy, and done properly! They’re not bad company either and will aways ask how we are getting on, even remembering the dogs name. Honestly adore them!

Lyndsey was very helpful

Lyndsey was very helpful. We have a brand new house and completeted a snagging list with Lyndsey. A very attentive Martin came yesterday to carry out some of the snagging list. He was not supplied with an air vent for the downstairs cloakroom so could not complete this issue. Martin’s work was excellent ie 100% completely satisfied with the care and attention he took and he obviously had pride in his work.

Please think twice before purchasing with Jones

Please think twice before purchasing from this company. Everything is brilliant and kind pre purchase you get in your house are left with 100s of snags and ongoing issues, end up getting work done yourself to try and get them done as the time and effort you have to try and get anything resolved once they leave site is awful. Customer services for Lancashire are appalling, they deny, lie, drag out issues. They have now caused further issues to our property on adapting the road and deny responsibility and lie about works carried out leaving us with another issue that will cost us £100s to fix. Once they have your money they soon become unhelpful. I would advise thinking twice before purchasing a property through them, the stress that comes with it really isn’t worth it. As you can see on here the 30% of 1 star ratings are asked to contact customer services to discuss further but these are the people who take weeks to respond and are no help in getting issued fix instead try to pass blame. Escalation process and formal complaints are none existent they don’t get past customer services no matter how many times you ask. Absolutely diabolical

Avoid Jones Homes Garstang

To any new home buyers looking for a Jones Homes property in Garstang, Avoid at all costs!. The NHBC warranty is literally not worth the paper its written on and no matter how bad the works are, the NHBC will always favour Jones. The Jones Homes party trick will refer you to the NHBC if you disagree with anything, knowing full well that the NHBC have their back and that nothing will be done. Any defects will be the fault of the homeowner. I have even been accused of sabotaging my own property in writing by construction director of Lancashire Alex Bedson. They will turn up to your house with the NHBC and bully you into thinking you are wrong. If you have a complaint, you will always be referred back to Mr Bedson. I have had 2 years of hell because of these people and I intend to get local and National MPs involved even if I have to fight this for the next 10 years. I advise everyone to take a good look not only at Jones Homes Reviews but also the NHBC reviews. There is a pattern. This is a major issue and concern.

The house was absolutely immaculate, the service from start to finish was excellent especially from your sales coordinator at the Burgess Hill site of Folders Grove, Rachel Worley was brilliant, from chasing up the solicitors in the chain every week and keeping me updated down to sorting out any last minute hitches, Rachel was professional all the way through. Also, Paul the site manager at Folders Grove with his thorough demonstration of systems at the property, I’ve been very impressed and having looked at several competitors in the area, the build quality is top draw. Can’t wait to move in on Friday.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Jonathan Forrest; he's been great since he began supporting with our issues. Communicative, calm, professional and vitally gets stuff done! We recently had a time-sensitive issue, and he really helped us get the fault fixed. Big thanks, too, to Ben and Martin, who are always friendly and courteous and caring in the work they do when in the home. I've had my issues with Jones Homes since we bought the house, and continue to believe they can greatly improve, but these guys are a huge step in the right direction.

The support from the first day right up until completion to post snagging from the sales and site team at Cavendish park was nothing short of amazing. Carl, Jaz and Lindsay were always there to answer any questions and ensure we were comfortable and reassured throughout buying out property. Rare example of excellent customer service

We bought a new home on Roseacre Gardens six years ago and we have been very happy with our choice. Just this last year we have had an intermittent issue with the roof, expecting to have to go through an NHBC claim. However Jones Homes customer service stepped in and have worked tirelessly to resolve the problem at their expense. I need to mention Caroline Rosbotham in particular who has been brilliant for us. If only all customer service was as good as this. Thank you Caroline.

Outstanding Service Of Jones Homes UK

Generally, I was very pleased with the customer service in terms of the sales advice - very outstanding right from the start to the completion of the property and handover. This included the provision of the right documentation and the clear guidelines which eased the filling up of the paperwork and other contract provisions throughout the stage processes. It enabled a smooth and satisfactory completion of my purchase and handover. Finally, I was impressed with the quality of the finished product. And after taking over the property, the Site Manager and Sales Advisor were brilliant with continuous prompt responses and follow-up checks whenever called upon to assist if there was an issue, however small it was. Generally, the entire management and staff dealt with, workers or contractors of Jones Jones Homes are all courteous, friendly and true professionals.

Jones homes walnut grange hoo. We have been living in our beautiful home for just over a month now, we must say we are so so happy and blessed to be here. Big massive thanks to Karen the sales advisor she has been absolutely fantastic, words simply can’t explain how thankful and grateful we are for all Karen done for us during the process of buying our first home. Paul the site manager has been fantastic also helping us with the after care of our home- very minor snags but actioned very quickly and smoothly. Moved into new build in Teasel Green

Absolutely fantastic customer care from both the Sales advisor (Janette A.) and the site manager Billy L. (Site manager). Janette was very helpful and patient with us by walking us through all the extras and choices for selecting materials for our new home. She was great at communicating the progress of the build with us and any additional information Jones Homes required as part of the buying process. Billy has been great at addressing any additional issues with the house after moving in (of which they were all minor and very quickly fixed). All in all very positive experience.

During the soft launch, we visited the show homes and were taken care of by Julie. Afterward, we visited the homes several times and finally secured our plot. Throughout the entire process, Julie was a tremendous help, supporting us every step of the way and ensuring my happiness throughout. She went above and beyond, and nothing was too much for her. We have had couple of visits to the sales offices of Sunfield Wilmslow and what a pleasure it was to be hosted by Julie Robert! 5 stars to Customer Care Employee Chris Denny

I’m writing this review about Chris Denny who is part of the Customer Care team. We had numerous problems with our house from cracks all over the place to gaps that shouldn’t have been there. Chris was the miracle man who basically sorted everything out. What an asset he is to Jones Homes. Over the past 3 years we have seen numerous different customer care employees. Some were completely incompetent some were just lazy and some were all talk and useless at the job. However Jones homes absolutely found a diamond when Chris Denny walked through their door. Total professional who turns his hand at so many different jobs. He managed to help sort out all of our issues. He has just finished doing some redecorating, he is tidy discreet and ultra polite. I’ve been working from home this week and I hardly noticed he was here. I wish Jones Homes had found him 3 years ago as we have had some horrors here but I’m glad they have finally employed a really excellent worker. Thank you so much! Just to be clear this 5 star review is totally for Chris Denny and the work that he has done in our house. A quick word about one of the directors Terry Brown. Terry has been very fair with us and did his best to sort out all our issues some of which have been very challenging fingers crossed everything is finally fixed 🤞

I'm going to get straight to the point. It's been 5.5 years since we bought this house of horrors, as we now call it. Which is great for 2 optimistic first time buyers who saved up every penny they had to start their adult lives hoping it was going to be worth every second of our hard earned time and patience. There's Bullshxt Bob, site manager I think, full of broken promises. ''There's plenty of time to raise that issue later, don't worry'' or ''Don't worry, we'll fix that before we leave'' or ''Be careful showering because a few people have complained about it leaking''....what..... I'm sure the name makes sense now.We've been passed from pillar to post however, no one gives a shxt once they have your money. You learn this the hard way.There's so much more I could say but we're exhausted. Thanks for putting an extremely sour 5.5 year experience on our lives. Time, money, energy and memories that we will never get back.We'll be using the remainder of our energy to take the next step and use MORE time and money to go legal seeing as you've sent another petty reply to our thorough complaint that showed plenty of evidence.

Jones homes have been exceptional from the day we moved in 3 months ago now.We relocated from Jersey so had a huge move to deal with and they really have made the process run as smooth as anybody could ever wish for.Having developed properties myself, I’m all too aware that a hand built product will inevitably have some settling issues and a few cosmetic defects, thereby it’s more how these are dealt with when they came to my attention.At every single stage, any issue I’ve had has been dealt with in great time and resolved to a fantastic standard.From the sales process to moving in and anything myself and my family have encountered in the past 3 months, Jones Homes have gone above and beyond at every stage to ensure our satisfaction and continued trust in them.We’ve now been dealing with Chris in the customer services team regarding the last couple of minor cosmetic defects and his customer service, exceptionally polite attitude and efficiency are outstanding.I’d like to say a huge thank you to Terri, Houyam and Victoria for making the sales process run as smoothly as possible and also Stuart the contracts manager, Mick the site manager and all their team who have ensured at every stage we have remained nothing short of ecstatic with the service we continue to receive.Would I buy a home from Jones Homes again? In the end we dispensed with their services - sold our property independently - and were able to complete the purchase of our apartment.Throughout this procedure Julie, the site Sales Advisor was superb and kept us up to date with all developments which enabled matters to proceed smoothly. Similarly Mike Collens, the Site Manager, has been most helpful from day one. When I bought my apartment in Sanctuary Mews Handforth Dean, it was the first property I had purchased since my husband died and I was anxious about having to deal with everything on my own. However, from the first moment I met Julie Roberts at the sales office, the whole process could not have gone more smoothly. Julie is an excellent sales representative, she knows every detail about each of the properties and is always happy to take time to discuss and explain all aspects of the sales process with you. She still continues to make sure I’m happy with everything and I can’t thank her enough. Since moving in to my home, there has been ongoing building work to other parts of the site but Jones Homes have done their utmost to keep everywhere clean and tidy, minimising the disruption to existing residents. The site manager, Mike, is always available to discuss any questions anyone has and is a real credit to the company.Overall, I am delighted I decided to purchase a Jones Homes property and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
