Recently I have dealt with grisedales as I am trying to purchase a new home for my family. The service provided was fantastic. The agent I dealt with (Helen) was extremely helpful. There was a property I was interested in viewing & Helen took the time to show me through all of the information she held on the property before promptly arranging a viewing for me. Unfortunately once We had viewed the house we decided it wasn't exactly what we were looking for. Helen assured me that she will update me on any properties that come onto the market that will suit the needs of my family. The atmosphere in the grisedales office at Workington was welcoming & friendly. Would definitely recommend to others.

With certain circumstances surrounding my purchase of the property in question (loan issues which had nothing to do with Grisdales), they were very quick at getting back to me with all relevant information I needed and answering all questions I had. They dealt with the purchase professionally.
