Building new homes. Friendly staff and very helpful. Their new homes don't use gas though. I think it has smth to do with the new government instructions.

Gleeson homes look nice to start with but after a year they do not care. We have got a fault where the mortar is falling from the outside wall letting the damp in downstairs. I put in a request to have it fixed and nobody comes back to you. In the garden, they just bury all of the waste from the building site. I have been trying to do some work in the garden only to find a slap of concrete 2m wide and 5m long buried 2 inches under the soil, so I will not be able to do what i want to do in the garden until i get it removed. I am sure Gleeson's won't help
Thank you for your response but I have placed the damp issue on your My Gleeson's portal nearly three weeks ago and have not have any communication from yourselves, so there is no point in putting the issue with the garden on there.

Hi Antonios,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We really appreciate your review and are pleased to hear you had a positive experience with our team.
You are correct that our new homes no longer use gas. All Gleeson homes built after June 2023 now feature air source heat pump technology, a much more sustainable option when it comes to energy consumption. For more information on how air source heat pumps work and the benefits for your new home, visit our dedicated page at the following URL: https://gleesonhomes.co.uk/energy-efficient-new-homes/air-source-heat-pumps/
Kind Regards,
