GoogleAbsolutely disgusting service from Ben, stay well clear! Lease was drawn up and everything was agreed can’t get any reply from Ben he doesn’t reply to your email then I finally get a reply days later to tell me that the landlord has gone with a higher offer I’ve spoke to 5 different estate agents company and they have never heard of anything so disgusting. If you want no communication, no responses to your email, to waste your time, bad service, maybe a tear or two when they let you down then I recommend them. Otherwise stay well clear!

We understand you were upset because you missed-out but regrettably this bitter review is completely inaccurate.
1. Terms were not agreed.
2. Solicitors were not instructed for the above reason.
3. Hence no Lease was drawn-up.
4. You met the Landlord at the Property on Friday 14th October.
5. The Landlord considered your proposed terms over the weekend.
6. Ben advised you on Tuesday 18th October that you were not the preference.
7. The shop was let to an alternative Tenant.
8. You were aware of all of the above.
9. In light of your review, it is difficult to argue that the Landlord made the wrong decision.
