GoogleThe female employee is quite rude and dismissive. I moved into an apartment managed by them. Took forever to get my contract, inventory, etc after I had already moved in. It takes forever to get something fixed in the apartment. They also have the habit of giving you your meter reads and not allowing you to check this yourself. Said female employee, got verbally abusive because I asked to take these with them when I was moving out so I can pay my final bills. It was like I had no right to.

GoogleSpencers have been excellent in selling our property, dealing with legal hassles and battling through covid for us. They have been thoroughly professional and very responsive despite lockdown. They have been reliable and effective as well as experienced and considerate. I would recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
