GoogleDO NOT RENT A PROPERTY OFF THESE!!
We are currently moving house but before we do, we have rented 64 blakefield road off them for amount 4/5 months and it’s been nothing but hell. We’ve asked for compensation for the conditions we’ve live in ie mould, rats, broken windows, rotten doors, damp, recommendations of safety concerns oh the list goes on. She’s denied and thrown her dummy out the pram and said “if I we dont get the rent by end of play I’m going to take it further” BE MY GUEST YOU HAVE FAILED TO KEEP YOUR TENANTS SAFE. Sort out compensation and deposit by the end of today and you can have your keys I don’t want to have the property any longer than I have to but until it’s resolved I’m not bowing to you 👍🏼🆘‼️
