I came to EweMove at a particularly difficult point in my life. I was going through a painful and expensive separation, needed to move urgently, and finding a new home was proving far from straightforward. I first enquired about one of EweMove's properties and was shown around by the very likeable Paul, who also took the time to show me other properties and offer genuinely useful advice about the area. When I began the application process, things became considerably more complicated. I needed support from the council to secure a tenancy, agreements had to be drawn up, and then there were delays while the council arrangements were sorted out. By that point I was communicating with Georgina, and I really could not have asked for a more pleasant, patient, kind and persistent agent. She liaised directly with the housing officer, kept pushing things along and helped get the whole arrangement over the line. What impressed me even more was that Georgina didn't simply stop once the tenancy had been secured. She knew the area and the people in it exceptionally well, understood that I was essentially starting life again, and pointed me towards work opportunities and sources of support that she thought might help. She checked, double-checked and probably quintuple-checked that everything was working properly in my new home, and continued to check in afterwards to make sure I was settled and comfortable. She also has a remarkable knack for bringing the right people together, and I've ended up with a lovely bunch of neighbours in my building. After the difficulties I'd been through, finding this home felt like finding a sanctuary. I'm very grateful to Georgina and Paul and the lovely people at EweMove for helping make that possible. And in later years, when my children are older and the time eventually comes for my family to move on again and look for our own home, I already know exactly who I'll want helping us with that next chapter. Exceptional, exceptional, exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending EweMove.

What can I say, after Trying two different estate agents in twelve months without any offers we went with Georgina at Ewemove Worcester. She put our house on the Market for just a few days and she managed to sell it first time out, but it's the way in which she marketed our house for viewings they were so different to other estate agents and it was a really great way to sell houses, she made our house feel and look like a show home for those viewing it. She put so much time and effort effort into selling our house it was fantastic with great results at the end of the day. We are now sat in our new home thanks to Georgina and Ewemove. She knew we were first time buyers to took her time to explain each step of the process and was always available for us to talk. I recently had a disappointing experience with this agency while attempting to purchase a property. I viewed a property prior to it being marketed and made an offer shortly after, which was verbally accepted. Following the agent’s advice, I promptly contacted my mortgage advisor and solicitor and provided the requested documentation, including a mortgage in principle. However, communication became limited during the process, and I was not informed that other offers were being actively considered. I later found out that the property had been offered to another buyer without being given the opportunity to revise my offer. I understand that agents have a duty to continue marketing a property until a proceedable offer is confirmed, and that vendors ultimately choose the buyer. However, clearer and more timely communication would have made a significant difference and allowed me to respond appropriately. This was particularly disappointing as my previous interactions with the agency had been positive. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future buyers

Fantastic agent/company that provided first class support with my house purchase! The positivity, responsiveness and helpfulness that Georgina, the agent, showed throughout the whole process was absolutely brilliant. Great proactive agent. I have been working with a few different estate agent, Georgina is the one will take extra miles for the clients. She is not only doing the duties of an estate agent, putting a really good selling strategies on our property, she also helped us clean the patio stones at her own time when we needed lending of hands, even helped out clearing the house.
