Really pleased with how selling our house with EmDot went. Rachel came out to value our property and went through the whole process with me. Photographs were fantastic and such a smooth and easy process. We were on Rightmove Friday evening and by Monday morning had lots of viewings booked and was sold by the Tuesday. If you’re looking for an estate agent like no other Emdot is the one for you! Emdot is the best estate agent ever!! 🌟🌟 We saw a house we loved on Saturday morning in our dream location with Rachel, we wanted it but hadn’t sold our house, Rachel was brilliant and explained how they could get us sold to get us in the best possible position for offering. By Sunday afternoon Kate had been round to take photos and put our house up for sale! She worked late into the night on a Sunday to get us online. On Monday even though most of the staff were attending a funeral they still managed to get us viewings in! By Wednesday we had got an offer on our house and they had secured us the house we viewed on Saturday. Every member of the team goes above and beyond. The attention to detail from all of the team is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and caring, nothing is too much trouble. We cannot thank them enough for all they’ve done for us over the last few days. We can’t wait to continue our journey with Emdot and would recommend them to anyone! When we chose to sell a property back in the summer with EmDot I knew that we were in good hands - they immediately stood out from all other estate agents ! In a very difficult market we achieved a sale and were able to move to the property we had chosen. There were lots of hiccups along the way but Kate intervened at all levels to ensure that everything went through. She negotiated the price on the property we were buying, collaborated with all the other estate agents in the chain and the solicitors and followed through right to the day we moved. Not only that but she helped to keep us calm all the way through the process and on moving day we received a lovely bottle of bubbly and a beautiful new home card !! The whole team at EmDoT were fantastic from start to finish. They had everything in place very quickly and viewings started coming in just as fast. We were looking to move and had a specific idea of what we needed for our family. Very specific. EmDot had a property that ticked all the boxes and Rachael saw us the same day to view the property so we didn’t miss out. Kate and her team were absolutely fantastic. We brought a house through Emdot in august and due to the pandemic etc we didn't complete until the end of January, so we got to know the team very well. Anyone who has brought or sold a house knows how stressful it can be - let alone during the pandemic but throughout the whole time Kate and Carla kept us up to date and communicated with everyone in the chain going above and beyond the normal expectations of an Estate Agent. Even when I rang 1000s of times asking for updates they were always so helpful and understanding and reassuring. The house we were buying needed renovating and Kate put us in contact with her trusted building contacts who we could not have been without. She has kept in touch throughout the renovation to see how we are getting on and helped along the way. Kate really cares about all of her clients and the buyers and it makes the whole process of buying a house less stressful. She makes you feel confident when your buying a house. Kate and her team are invaluable and we honestly can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us and I'm certain the people we brought the house off would say the same.
