GoogleWithin not even 48h I had viewing booked, completed, application processed and refferencing completed, move in date agreed. Jenny and Gill were very helpful and proactive. Shocked how fast and professional this agency has been. Good first impression. Thank you guys.

GoogleDecided to go with Edwards Grounds after a terrible experience with Purple Bricks. Refreshing not having to do all of the leg work (I already have a job, didn't need another one..) and having my agent work for the best possible price for my property in this booming market - worth every penny! The fee was slightly higher, but I sold for Β£23k above PB's valuation, quids in. Great communication from Martin and the team throughout the sale. Highly recommend.
