We had a really positive experience with David Burr while buying our home. From the first contact with Carl through to completion, they were friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. They kept us updated regularly and were quick to respond whenever we had questions, which made a big difference. Buying a house can be stressful, and we did run into a few frustrating issues along the way, but they were always patient, reassuring, and proactive in helping to sort things out. A special mention to Paula, who was brilliant throughout. She was particularly helpful during the more challenging moments and always made sure we felt informed and supported. They did a great job of keeping everything moving and coordinating between all parties, which we really appreciated. It genuinely felt like they cared about getting things over the line for us. Overall, we’re really grateful for their support throughout the process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Andrew, Carl and Paula were so very helpful and informative from start to finish. Throughout the whole process which lasted almost a year because of problems lower down the chain, the property was advertised twice but sold within 2 weeks each time the property was marketed. The team in Woolpit seem to have a total understanding of the area and if you’re in the market to sell or buy, you won’t go far wrong by speaking to them first. 5 stars all round.

Appointed Woolpit David Burrs as the Estate agent for my Stowmarket property after little activity with another agent,who had advised that the market was very quiet. Over the few months, that the property has been with Burrs, Carl Gardiner and his colleagues have been extremely proactive in marketing the house. Firstly I’d just like to say thank to everyone at David Burr Woolpit offices for the support during the purchase of our lovely new home. We were looking to buy a property to fit our very specific needs, so we were looking for a while, and met with a lot of estate agents. Viewing a property with Carl was by far the best experience we’d had. He was very knowledgeable about the house and area, and was able to answer all our questions. It might seem like a simple expectation, but it was in fact the first time that any agency had done so! We met with him again on another occasion and we had the same great experience. When it came to buying one of the houses we continued to receive the same high standard of service from the whole team in Woolpit. There were a few delays with the purchase and every time we called David Burr to ask for some help they went above and beyond. Anyone we spoke to in the office seemed to be aware of our situation and was able to help. Even after we’d exchanged and moved in they were still willing to help with some queries we had. The BEST Estate Agents I have ever dealt with! Manager Carl, Charles and the whole team at the Woolpit office have been brilliant from the beginning. The service we received has been consistently professional, friendly, open and honest. They market almost immediately, unlike some agents and the quality of the photographer used is second to none. The property brochures are of a very high quality and the escorted viewings are conducted with a friendly professionalism.
