GoogleBy the sounds of it, they are fantastic to the sellers but the customer service aspect are shocking! They need to remember that you need buyers as well as sellers in order for their business to work but they are rude and unprofessional to any potential buyers.

GoogleWe have just recently put our house on the market with Aitchisons and I am very pleased to say I am glad we did! Andrew Aitchison has provided us with the utmost professional service so far. We have spent quite a lot of time and effort into caring for our property over the years and Andrew recognised and valued this. His knowledge and expertise of the property market far surpasses any of the other estate agencies in the area. He also cares a lot about his customers. His team at Aitchinsons are always very helpful and very responsive. If you want a highly professional and personal service where you as a customer feel valued, I would highly recommend Aitchisons to anyone putting their house on the market in this area.

GoogleAsked for feedback on an unsuccessful bid for a property being sold by this company. No acknowledgement or reply to both a phone conversation and written request. Poor customer care.
