We have gone through the rigours of buying and selling our home on quite a few occasions - a process which has generally been beset with the usual ups and downs, highs and lows. On this occasion we hit the gold spot when we invited Richard and Claire to assess and value our home for sale. Firstly, we were struck by the depth of technical knowledge that Richard had regarding structural matters in an old house and his ability to provide valuable solutions to potential buyers was excellent. Claire did most of the viewings and in this field she excelled like none other we have met before......then, after finding a buyer for us, she was like a personal PA to us filling us in on feedback from conveyancers and giving requisite reassurance to us and our buyers so everyone knew what was happening, timescales and anything that needed to be acted on. From organising our EPC, securing an excellent photographer we simply could not fault the service they provided. They were a joy to work with and that matters in such a potentially tricky process. Absolutely our top Gold Star operators anywhere. Thank you Claire and Richard.

Becky Diment was very friendly and helpful in arranging and conducting my viewing. Gavin Whitfield facilitated the Best and Final Offers process, advised me of my success and ensured a speedy issue of the Memo of Sale. Contacting people at Meyers was a little difficult as the advisors seemed to be run off their feet. I was surprised at how busy they were in the current, reportedly poor, housing market: perhaps Dorset is exempt?!

Steve at Meyers was both honest and helpful in his approach and it was refreshing to receive answers to emailed requests out of the time-honoured office hours that most other agents still abide by. Very unprofessional- Poor

I was about to view a property at 5.45pm and drove in the road and then received a call from there office ( 5.40pm) saying they would have to re arrange the viewing as they had got the wrong set of keys to get in the property. I then saw some other vendors coming from the property with another colleague of the lady I was talking to ??? Very very un-professional and am unsure as to whether I believed what I was being told My wife was so let down like myself as we had been looking forward to seeing the property all day.

Professional Proactive Estate Agent

We made the right decision to sell with Meyers. We dealt with Tom Bell in the Dorchester (Poundbury) office. What I liked about Meyers was that your house was always shown by the same person on each occasion. Thus they knew the house and could answer the buyers questions. Tom also proved to be a good negotiator. I would definitely recommend using Meyers.
