We have been with Flowers twice and they have been brilliant. They are fast and friendly and very attentive. We mainly dealt with Dan however everyone there is friendly. When we returned to Flowers after 3 years it was all the same people working there which I think says a lot about a business to have loyal staff. These estate agents are not like they rest and they truly care about the customers needs rather than the money.

GoogleBrilliant service from Dan & the team from start to finish. In no way did we ever feel any 'push' to purchase the property, the decision was left to us completely (We had some bad experiences with other Agents / New builds). Any questions we had, were answered - the relationship between ourselves, the seller & the agent was managed efficiently.
We've even had questions post buying the house that Dan has been happy to facilitate.

GoogleMy father wanted to sell his home to go into residential care, after visiting local estate agents I decided Flowers Estate Agent was suitable for his needs, I hadn’t realised the journey from him selling the property to now was going to be so interesting.
Dan the Sales Manager came out to the care home to sign dad up, as he was unable to attend the office through mobility needs, in the nine months for the sale to take place, father died and buyers in the chain dropped out and there were the inevitable delays caused of Covid19.
We needed reassurance and a steady hand from Dan who guided us through our best options, as challenges were presented to us from the sale, we were never given false hope or promises, but professional guidance from Dan and the team at Flowers I would like to especially thank Sam for also holding it all together through the Lockdown.

GoogleWe checked out a few estate agents before signing up with Flowers, we found them to be most attentive to our need and kept the whole process simple and pain free, we had regular updates on the sale process, this was competed in a timely manner, the liaison between the buyer and the seller was fair and impartial with the emphasis on getting the sale through quickly.
Dan who handled the sale was professional at all times and talked on a level we could understand without making it complicated.
Flowers was personal to our needs and effective in making the sale, the property was sold without being advertised and was sold to a keen buyer already on their books.
I can whole heartedly recommend Flowers and especially Dan , but not forgetting the rest of the team who work so hard.
