GoogleIt’s been a pleasure using IDEAL estate agents , I used this company to purchase a home and then sell my other property, from the first meeting and in the first 5 minutes , I new I made my mind up to go with IDEAL , all the staff members are friendly and professional, and Ive got to say Rhiane is so personal and professional in every aspect of her job, I would recommend IDEAL estate, to anyone, they have been fantastic in what they do. GoogleAll the team at ideal have been fantastic from start to finish. We called in on a Saturday afternoon to discuss selling our house, they had it up for sale 2 days later and we had 2 offers in the first 2 days at our asking price. They called us regularly to update us on our the process and we’re always happy to help us in anyway. We had an issue with our buyers solicitor a couple of days before completion and the team at ideal were calling them daily to rectify this. We have now completed on our sale and are so pleased how ideal have dealt with us throughout. Thank you Helen, Shelley and Rhiane for all your support!

GoogleJust wanted to let people know, what a gem of an Estate Agency there is in Woodlands, Carcroft, Adwick-le-Street and beyond Ideal is. Helen and her team were there every step of the way when I was selling my property, from giving advice on what work needed to be done before it went to market and what was happening whilst it was going through the sales process. Would not hesitate to use Ideal again or recommend.

GoogleDreadful Customer Service and totally unprofessional had a viewing booked for over a week for a rental property and took a day off work to be able to view this property in Skellow , Doncaster . I drove from Barnsley also in the heat, on arrival there was no one there. I contacted the company to be told that it had already been rented out and told they had left a voicemail that morning advising of this. After checking my phone they had left a voicemail at 2.30 pm (2 hrs before my appointment ) but the voicemail was blank. The woman I spoke to at the agency called Rachel was not apologetic at all and very matter of fact about it... this is the second time we have had an appointment with them for 2 different properties and been told it’s already gone before the viewing but this time with only 2 hrs notice I feel it was not acceptable ... really disappointed in their serviceNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I am sorry to hear this, the market for rentals is very active and we can have over 40 emails in a day requesting information / viewings for rental properties and due to high demand we have to let people down at the last minute. I would like to correct you as we do not have a Rachel working with us and never have. I hope you have now found a property and wish you well.

GoogleBrilliant estate agents. Really quick from having the valuation done then pictures done and on the market the same day. Couple of viewings the following day and our house was sold 😊 but also Helen was always at the end of the phone every time we needed advice about solicitors, buying our new house etc. Any questions or anything we didn’t understand she was always there for advice. GoogleI can't thank Ideal enough- the first time selling a house, I was nervous and didn't know how long the process would take. Helen gave an honest valuation and knew we had another property we wanted to pursue so got the ball rolling quickly for us. We had 5 viewings booked within 48 hours and an offer of full asking price by day 3 (great work by Rhiane) we would not hesitate to use ideal again!

We found other agents tried to over complicated the house selling process, but with Ideal Estates everything was easily explained and any anxieties allied. They have an excellent knowledge of the local area which was a great help. When we needed advice, Helen or one of her team would either be at the end of a phone or call us back very quickly. GoogleIdeal estates were great and I'm glad I chose them. They quickly gathered a lot of interest and achieved a sale price I wasn't sure I'd get. Their service throughout the whole process was excellent. The only downside was that they don't have an office to cover Barnsley.
