After doing a little home work ourselves prior to contacting an estate agent the feedback we received pointed to bell at woodhall spa “ Nice “so I phoned bell shortly afterwards spoke with Clayton Libby i had four dates available for the appraisal the appointment was made for the Thursday Clayton arrived at the appointed time and I have to confess anyone who arrives in casual wear that includes a waistcoat leaves a positive impression, He spent time at the property very professional polite & removed his footwear all positive so far unfortunately due to the nature of our property he explained that the valuation he would need time to research and get back to us on ( Monday or sooner)as potentially there’s a 100K of margin on the initial price? we are saddened to report its Tuesday no contact from bell whatsoever regarding the valuation, no apologies Very very saddened & disappointed The question we ask ourselves why arrive at our property???

Slow service and also found that this company are not honest, not when we approached them to do a valuation. Interrogated us with questions and then spouted out rubbish on the phone after doing their ‘homework ‘ Personally we wouldn’t use them for anything now!
