I used Hunt Property Services for my home extension and kitchen renovation. Their professional service and advice was of really high quality. They have extremely good contacts in the business from architects to builders and everything else. Hayley Hunt and all of the staff there are very professional and good at what they do. We didn't feel silly asking lots of questions all the time, they were more than happy to help us and advise us on everything. They are very friendly and approachable. From the start to finish of the project Hayley was on hand and there to see us through it all. As with all projects things changed along the way and we came across new decisions to make all the time, but Hayley and everyone at Hunt was so brilliant at helping us and giving us the right advice. We really benefited from using them and it was great that they passed on to us all of their great contacts in the business. Only the best is used, nothing is done to cut corners and risk the job not being done properly and to the highest of standards and quality. I'd definitely recommend using Hunt, they are definitely a class above anyone else.

Hayley has helped us property wise on many occasions whether buying selling or renting and has always done an amazing job. However I wanted to write this review because we needed her more than ever recently when my mum and dads house had a huge fire. Hayley went above and beyond to find them accommodation and they were able to move in immediately. Not only that she helped them with lots of things for the apartment as they had been left with nothing. She really is a superstar and left nothing unresolved. Left work early a few weeks ago and drove 45 mins for a viewing. Waited over half an hour and contacted the agency - apparently Hayley was running late with another client, was stuck in traffic and didn’t have signal to contact us - not sure how she was able to communicate this to the office though without signal? We waited a total of 45 mins before receiving confirmation no one would be showing up and we would need to reschedule. The next morning, no proactive apology and I’ve had to contact the agency directly to reschedule the next morning. An awful first impression, no direct apology from Hayley still, and a real let down / waste of our time. Looks like my review is truly representative of many people’s experiences. We viewed the property and it looked nothing like the pictures - completely mis selling to customers which is not legal and should be reported.
