This was the first time I dealt with such a well-organized and professional property management company, and the experience was truly outstanding. Really let down by this company. Requested a viewing after speaking to the agent. Was informed they would call shortly with options. After a few days I called again only to be told that a colleague had already shown the property to potential tenants, in the interim. I asked for an opportunity to view. Again, said he would call back. Again, I had to follow-up a few days later. Was informed landlord had accepted an offer and would not permit other viewings. Really unprofessional from this company.

Dealt with IP Twelve and I couldn't recommend Amelia enough. Its very tough to get a good letting agent now a days and the main letting agents are either very poor, or have no idea what they are doing. Amelia clearly knows what a real letting agent should be and someone who goes above and beyond. A house is one of the most important things in someone's life and she dealt with us with due care and attention.
