I was looking for an estate agent to discuss whether to sell or rent out my late father‘s house. I rang one agent who didn’t even answer their phone and the second call I made was to Haart who answered straight away. From the moment I spoke to Jake, I was confident that he would be a great choice to take on the property. I have bought and sold a few houses in my lifetime but I have yet to come across a more professional, dynamic and knowledgeable estate agent. Jake’s knowledge of the local market was spot-on and very helpful in deciding what to do with the property and his communication has been excellent. We are relatively early on in the process, but I feel very happy with Haart handling the marketing of the house and thoroughly recommend Jake particularly.

It’s a scary business selling your property but Jacob explained everything clearly and made us feel at ease at the start of the selling process. Jacob is so friendly and easy to chat too, so knowledgeable and even trained in photography, so the pictures of your property look at its best. We don’t want to rush and need time to find the right property for us, and Jacob lets you go at your own pace, and is always at the end of the phone if you have any concerns.

We cannot thank Paul enough for everything he done to help us purchase our first home. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and stress free. He done so much more than we expected and we definitely would not have brought our dream family home without his help. A massive thank you to lovely Paul Deex. His confidence and optimistic nature has helped soothe our anxiety throughout the buying process. I have really enjoyed working with him and Neil (our mortgage advisor) and look forward to the rest of the process with him. They make a great team and have been working hard behind closed doors, to ensure mine and my partners journey to buying a house is as chilled as possible. Paul was very approachable from the start and really made us feel looked after. He created a personal and friendly atmosphere and ensured that we felt secure and genuinely cared for. He was also quick to advise and recommend where needed. We know that we weren’t just a sale to him. We got the entire package. UPDATE: But wait, there’s more. The service is great. When Paul comes to your property, makes you feel really comfortable. Is definitely self confident person, sure to be able to get the best from the property. The pictures, the description and the video could grab all the assets of the property focusing on the futures to enhance the positive aspect of the place. No faking or fish eyed picture to show unrealistically big space. When I saw the profile of my property I could see how all the features of it have been highlighted and at the same time I could be sure that visitors would not be disappointed during the visit. Paul is a charming and polite man, which I am sure has been able to impress all the visitors. I definitely could rate their service as really high rate. Giving 5 stars as Google doesn't give chance to give more.

We used Haart to sell our house and the service was extremely poor throughout. The agreed commission price was changed just before contract signing, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Communication was consistently bad, we were promised urgent call backs that never came, and even the estate agents for the property we were buying struggled to get hold of Haart to confirm the chain. The advert and photos were poorly done and very little effort seemed to be made to market the property. Haart failed to instruct the buyer’s solicitors when asked, delaying the chain and nearly causing the sale to fall through. Record keeping was poor, we were even asked how much our own house had sold for. On completion day, Haart didn’t facilitate the key exchange properly, leaving us to sort it out ourselves. Despite all of this, the guy handling our sale sent an unsolicited email celebrating a recent promotion, which felt inappropriate and weird especially given how poorly the sale had been managed. Overall, Haart was, in our experience, an active hindrance rather than a help. We would not use them again or recommend them.

A great big thank you to the team at Haart in Woodbridge & in particular to Emma Knights. Saw the property online and was able to make first viewing within 4 working hours. Emma was professional & helpful throughout dealing with our various questions. Also, most importantly, gave us space & time to do our viewing. She then managed to arrange two further viewings - one with my daughter & one with my builder very promptly with a result that the vendor had a sale agreed within 10 days and we had at last found a home for our daughter. Brilliant result all round I think!

After a bad experience with another local estate agent, my husband and I chose Haart because we were so impressed with the manager, Julianne's, get up and go. She persuaded us to put our house on the market 2 days before we were due to go on holiday and told us she'd have sold it before we got back. We reassured her that we were not expecting miracles after 4 months with the other agent of only one viewer, but she was true to her word and found us a buyer while we were away. We would recommend Julianne and Haart to anyone wanting to sell their house.
