We honestly couldn’t recommend Danny highly enough. We had to unexpectedly pull out of a property, and Danny went completely above and beyond to help us. He managed to get our holding deposit back for us, even though he absolutely didn’t have to, and we’re incredibly grateful. Danny was professional, understanding, helpful and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. It’s not often you come across someone who goes the extra mile when they have no obligation to do so, and it really showed us that he cares about his clients and doing the right thing. We’re extremely grateful for everything Danny did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent. An absolute credit to the profession!

Can’t recommend Freddie at Element highly enough. He consistently went above and beyond from word go to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. Excellent communication, incredibly helpful (as a first time buyer, he guided me through the complexities of the process) and I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. In comparison to other experiences I’ve had with estate agents, he sets the bar extremely high and as buying a home can be so stressful you’re guaranteed to be completely looked after with honesty and integrity. 10/10 would recommend. After a very stressful experience trying to secure a property, including being rejected for a previous flat, we were feeling quite anxious about the whole process. I was purchasing a property listed by Element. George was clear, honest, friendly and communicative. He was at the end of the phone whenever necessary and I really felt he was acting in both the interests of myself and the seller. And when things were getting frustrating due to issues with both parties’ solicitors he was helpful, understanding and also kept a sense of humour. If it ever comes to selling my property I would definitely consider going back to George and Element. When I collected my keys I was met by other Element employees who were kind and helpful.

Recently rented a london apartment with element. Someone who was moving to london from manchester had a big drawback of communication and physically meeting and viewing. I could not stress enough how helpful freddie from element properties had been. Its only because of him that i found a gem of a property without having to even visit london for viewings. I only came down when the deal was almost final. His help throughout the process of viewing and then sarah came in to deal with the admin and she was great too. Dealing with my annoying small questions promptly and guiding through the process. I cannot stress enough how greatful i am for these guys. Made my london move a breeze.
