GoogleDo not go with this estate agent they are misleading and very rude when you point out how they have mislead you. Please be aware that if you do modern auction as a sale method the buyer has to pay £6000 on top of what they have bid.

GoogleThe team at Your Move Wombwell are second to none! John Paul arrived at my property on time and was so knowledge about the area, pricing strategy and how the property should be marketed. I previously had used another estate agent (national company) value the property for more but it never got any solid offers and was just sitting on the market for 7 weeks. John Paul and his team got 6 viewings in the first day and another 6 viewings the second day all because the property was listed at a reasonable price and offers came in over asking price because of this! The photos of the property were amazing and really showed off the property at its best and John Paul even went to the property the day before the appointment to get a picture of the front of the property when the sun, he definitely went above and beyond!!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Your Move in Wombwell and I will definitely be using them again!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSold my house with them recently, not completed as I write this. I found it quite hard to get in contact with anyone when I had a query. When I did get hold of someone they said they would ring me back and never did. So I was then chasing again to try and contact them. In the end I stopped trying. They have not updated me once or chased anything during the whole process. The estate agent my seller has used has been fantastic and done all the leg work, kept everyone informed on a weekly basis on a 6 house chain. Wish I had used her to sell my house as she would have been worth every penny.

GoogleWouldn't rate these at all. As soon as I had put the offer in we had no communication at all. I had to keep phoning with no ring back. It was only when I physically went into the branch that I got communication. I was a first time buyer and I found the entire service stressful and confusing. No help at all.

Excellent service from start to finish. Good value for money offering a cheaper pay up front fee or alternatively a completion fee. Professional yet friendly service from all the team particularly Sara who was always a friendly and reassuring voice on the phone to answer queries. Because of personal circumstances mine wasn't an easy sale but Sara handled it professionally yet compassionately and guided me all the way. I would always recommend Your Move 😊 Bonnie

GoogleAfter the passing of my father, selling his house was something we put off for some time, we absolutely dreaded it and didn't really have time to manage the whole process. We approached Your Move in Wombwell expressing we really wanted this done quickly and pain free and they completely understood. From day 1 they took ownership and promptly progressed the sale of the house, within hours of them visiting the property it was online with interest coming in. We got the sell price we wanted at a difficult time in the market. The fees were a low fixed price, nothing hidden. We never had to chase Your Move, they were always a step ahead. They helped us find an equally organised solicitor. The pleasant team could not do enough for us, Thank You to Your Move (Wombwell).
