Robert, the technician at the company was excellent in taking down and refitting a part of my kitchen cabinet for an electric bridge repair. Thank you.My only concern is that the electrical bridging shouldn’t have happened in the first instance. Otherwise great job fixing it.

I had a quick response from St.Modwen customer service. Called a week ago on and they sent their representative within a day to inspect. They fixed issues with in a week. Never heard a quick response and fixing issues before from a builder.

We have recently purchased our first home through St Modwen’s - Bramshall and they have been really helpful. Any work we wanted doing they came and did it for us. Site manager came to check in on us regularly to see if everything was ok. Quick communication, really friendly team and we absolutely love our home!

We had to cancel the application for the house we booked ,because of the distance from there to work.However , Andrew and Shirley tried to help more than we could have imagined during the whole process, but unfortunately we decided to give up ,even if it hurts ,and it will probably take me some time to forget about this house.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICESecurity locks have been off for months.Bike garage door locked and cannot access for months.Lift not working for more than a month.This morning car park shutter stopped working.Nothing gets solved, no one replies to emails. I haven’t even included the problems in my flat.Please save your effort and search for houses from a different company.

Beware the sales team are a complete and utter waste of time , no communication with any other member of staff or customers .Complained to they’re head office on numerous times , was told all Faults would be repaired . Lie after lie .People read the reviews before parting with any of you’re hard earned money . BEWARE
