Unfortunately I haven’t got many good things to say. The landlord Mr Bahia, who owns the flats is aware that every single flat here is mouldy(apart from mine now which I really fought for! But had a massive impact on my mental health) When I went to Halle properties for help they said they would look into it but came back two weeks later with an eviction notice. The landlord putting everyone’s rent up but doesn’t want to do the work needed to ensure we are living in a warm mould free home. It took me a year and a half for them so sort the issues out! I think it’s terrible that they work with such bad landlords as they hear the complaints about the property but never help us. Halle properties are aware that once one moves out of the house. They paint over the mould. Put the rent up. And move the next one in. This should not be allowed. Landlords should not be able to get away with this and the estate agents shouldn’t be enabling this behaviour either. I have found them all to be unhelpful apart from Jodie. Who is the only one who helped during my eviction. In which im very thankful for.

I went to view a property through Halle, and although it wasn't quite right for me I was still really impressed with the service I received. Jatinder made the effort to show me the property outside of his working hours to accommodate me, and was the most genuine, friendly estate agent I've had the pleasure of dealing with (and I've spoke to a lot recently). Excellent service and highly recommended, I'll be sure to keep an eye out for any other houses you have available.

I would definitely think twice about using this company. Happy to move people into mouldy apartments and when you complain they evict you. They like to work closely with the landlord only and can ensure you they are not here to support you. Will probably be worse if you’re a uni student. Very bad experience, the process of buying was extremely slow, poor communication, no one has update knowledge. On the day of the completion, the person hasn't even had most of the keys, the property had missing/damaged stuff as compared to what we saw on the viewing. The overall cost of buying excluding the cost of the property is extremely high in terms of money and time. Well the sales agent has refused to discuss the matter further. The company has breached the contract of sales.

There are many estate agents who make all the promises in the world, big statements and then there are estate agents who let their actions / work do the talking. The Sale team are some of the most competent, courteous, diligent and attentive professionals we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. After 2 failed attempts with other local estate agents our property had been on the market for a few months, with little or next to no interest. We weren’t sure about the fees which was our initial reservation, but you really do get what you pay for with Halle UK. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t think twice about using them again even in an area outside their jurisdiction.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Have been in one of their properties for 4 years had no work done, we have damp and mold... leak in the windows the list goes on tried to deal with them, they wanted to increase rent! we said no tried to fight it and yet they were still able to raise the rent! Yet nobody from the tribunal even came to check they just sided with them! so now we have increased rent on top of that no work has been done now they say we owe them £400! Disgusting..
