This review is to commend the staff at the Wolverhampton branch of D B Roberts & Partners especially Jay, Josh and Priya. They have provided a first class service in the way that they listened to my individual concerns and provided unique options for the best way of selling my property. Their expert knowledge of the market and how to navigate through the procedures and processes of selling in this competitive gave me piece of mind that I would not be taken advantage of or short-changed. In these times, this is a golden positive that's quite rare. The staff at D B Roberts Wolverhampton branch exhibited this in abundance. They were also so warm and polite, answering all my questions and concerns appropriately. They kept me informed throughout and emanated their personal yet professional approach to me consistently which added to my reassurance and holding them in high regard for the advice and real estate services they provide. I highly recommend sellers to entrust their properties with them.

Landlord review

I have previously bought and sold through DB Roberts and had a very positive experience. I have recently become the landlord of a property and approached the lettings department to assist me with the management of my property. I was really pleased with the service I have received from them in particular Lisa and Megan who I have been dealing with. Their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail has been outstanding. From initial contact, getting everything in place, advertising, referencing tenants has all been a smooth process. DB Roberts & Partners is the first agency to provide an application for tenants where complaints about the property can be made, and with 100% involvement of agencies that do everything possible to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible. Rental - when the tenancy isn't working

Like insurance, you only know how good a Letting Agent is when there is a problem with the tenancy. Have rented the same property via DB Roberts for nearly 20 years with few problems with changeovers, etc. Sadly the last tenant didn't fulfil the obligations of their agreement, including non-payment of rent. DB Roberts were extremely thorough with their paperwork and dealing with the tenant. They also arranged the flat clean-up and refurbishment, in a very short window, so that the property could be returned to the market within 10-days. As a private landlord, this took a huge amount of the stress away. Would suggest any landlords strongly consider take out the rent guarantee and insurance, as getting property returned is only getting more complex

Nicole is always friendly and polite. She is able to organize contractors and tenancy agreements and remedy any issues arising as required.Sometimes we have had more serious issues with one property at which point Nicole consulted with a senior team member and proceeded to resolve the issue in a capable manner.This shows that Nicole is able to work effectively both as a team member and independently. She is further able to liaise with a diverse range of people in a pleasant manner.

Adam was able to smoothly walk my Nan through her sale and achieved the asking price within just 3 days of the house being put up online. Adam spent time explaining everything calming and effectively to my Nan who by her own admission doesn’t understand the process and Adam since the sale has taken it upon himself to assist my Nan with dealing with Solicitor whilst I live so far away.

Do not recommend!

Our experience with DB Roberts was very disappointing to say the least. Alarm bells started ringing when the valuers insisted on marketing the property too high; I gave the benefit of the doubt with this but it quickly became evident that the price was too high when I didn't have a single viewing for a month. Once I reduced the property price, I sold only for the buyer to pull out after 6 weeks. The buyer pulled out via email and DB Roberts failed to communicate this with us for a number of days.

Even when it became tricky at times with our buyer, the team at Wolverhampton went above and beyond to help and give the best advice and reassure us with our house move. Their all such a credit to your company, they really are.From our first meeting with Katie, that’s why we chose you. Her knowledge and professionalism really did put us at ease, and she answered all our questions thoroughly.
