FacebookI’ve been dealing with a lady called Mandy. She has gone above and beyond to assist us in the sale of the house. She’s chased up solicitors constantly and liaised with us every step of the way. She has kept us informed and updated by phone and email even ringing us on her day off. The house now has been sold and I can honestly say it has been a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you Mandy for everything. Jo

FacebookCalled regarding a viewing for a house. Spoke to 2 seperate people both telling me 2 different things. When speaking to the one she told me she would have to call me back as the line was bad , she was in the office on her own , the systems were down , and the phones were constantly ringing. The result was i never got a call back!! Not a very professional service at all!!

FacebookWhat a joke of an estate agents ! Such a mess around .. who never get back in touch with you after offers have been made . But decide to call you back 3 weeks after to see if you still want the house which you know has been sold a week ago. Avoid at all costs !

The staff there are professional, courteous and actually understand the trauma, confusion and pitfalls faced by sellers. They go the extra mile and nothing's too much trouble. Thanks Austins for helping my family start a new chapter!!
