Best personable agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with! We were coming up to a year and a half of searching for a house and in that time, we had dealt with so many agents across the North East, too many to count and several we vowed never to deal with again due to misinformation, lack of communication and treating us like we didn't matter because we weren't sellers, just buyers. Just as we were giving up, we found our dream house with Weardale and they were the complete opposite of everything we experienced. They were knowledgeable, lovely to speak to, the communication was consistent and queries were answered quickly. Any time we spoke, whether that was Gary or Rachel, they knew the stage we were at and the next steps. Although it became quite stressful towards the end, the reassuring phone calls and the work both Gary and Rachel did with our solicitors helped massively and if we were ever in a position to move, we'd use Weardale without hesitation. I cannot recommend and thank Gary, Rachel and the team enough! I can say with over a years experience of dealing with agents, they are the best around.

Well, what can say. What a brilliant business made up of fantastic, friendly and professional people. I don’t think I have ever interacted with a business where the staff work as such an effective team. They always keep in touch with their customers and nothing is too much trouble. In a difficult business where reputations and external perceptions are not always positive, Weardale Property Agency defiantly bucks the trend. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a refreshing change and an excellent experience. Keep up the great work team Weardale!!

We would highly recommend selling a house with Weardale Property Agency. From our first meeting with Dan he made us feel at ease. Just like the rest of the team, who are also friendly, helpful and professional. We had excellent communication with them, if they said they would be back in touch they were. We had one or two quandries in our selling journey, nothing to do with Weardale Property but they were reassuring and gave excellent advice and support. I'm so pleased we chose them to sell our house!

Had the best experience with Weardale estate agents. They continuously went above and beyond for us. Rachel Harrison was our main point of contact and often went out of her way to make the process as smooth as possible. During the final steps she worked incredibly hard and helped us with every single question we had, even after office hours. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and wonderful to work with. Shout out to you Dan, we know you love a good review!

Best estate agent I've ever worked with. Helped me to sell a tricky, niche property after having tried two other agents previously with zero offers. Achieved 3 offers with Weardale Property Agency. Excellent photography and marketing; great service from the team during marketing and sales progression. Amazing communication throughout. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I recently purchased a property through Weardale Property Agency. They were extremely helpful from start to finish. More helpful than the agents I actually used for selling. All the staff are lovely and very friendly, nothing is a bother to them. A big thank you to Gary who put up with my endless phone calls and to Dan for his advice. He is very knowledgeable in his field. Highly recommended.

Can’t thank Dan and the team enough. Always in contact, answering messages with any questions we had and keeping us updated with regular calls. On moving day we were delayed due to the previous owner taking longer to move out, this meant we we didn’t start until late in evening and Dan even offered himself to come round and give us a hand. Couldn’t ask for more!

I found the staff friendly, helpful and understanding. They managed and supervised all the property viewings with enthusiasm and respect. They produced a property brochure and video of top quality and achieved a sale in the average time.

If you are looking for an estate agent who cares and provides a personal service then Dan and the Weardale Property Agency cannot be missed. From arranging photo shoots of the property to catch the sun at the best time of day and offering to come back to make sure we had shots of the house showing it at its best. Dan was endlessly flexible fitting around my work and was always on hand any time I had any queries. It was Dans flexibility that led to my house being sold after only a few days of going on the market. He took a client for two house viewings on the same day without any hesitation and on a Saturday as well! I have no doubt that it was Dans personalised approach and adaptability that led to my house being sold so quickly. Massive thanks to you Dan and best of luck in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service from Dan, Rachel and Jane at Weardale Property Agency. They went the extra mile to get our house sold in just a week, were genuinely interested in helping us find and buy our new home, and kept us informed throughout the whole process of both buying and selling. We experienced really personal, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic service and highly recommend Dan and the team.
