I don't usually write reviews on customer services, but I have to say how professional Park and Bailey Warlingham are, especially the manager Colin. I explained that after my husband's death last year, I was looking to return to the area to be closer to family. He had the time and patience to listen to what my requirements would be. Not once did he try and push me into viewing unsuitable properties. I would happily recommend Colin at Park and Bailey Warlingham.

Hollie Streifler is excellent. We viewed Low Cottage in Old Oxted with her and she was knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. She was even able to help with some incite into the condition of the Grade 2 listed property we were viewing. Highly recommended if you are searching for a new home.

Fine and country Woldingham were selling the house I purchased. They were incredible helpful during the process. They were very accommodating to me with last minute viewings and any assistance I needed. The whole process with them was very smooth and the service I received was fantastic.

I chose Fine and Country Woldingham to promote the sale of my house as they specialise in quality properties in my area. From the start, the team were friendly and very professional with sound knowledge of the local area. They were helpful, supportive and gave realistic advice. Throughout the sale I was kept well informed through to completion. I would certainly recommend the sales team to any of my friends thinking of downsizing.

Robert has been really helpful during our first house purchase. In the first visit he gave us space and time to explore the house on our own, answering questions when needed which was a welcome difference to most estate agents. Thank you!

A great service. We have been working with Holly who really listened to our requirements and is thoughtful about what she contacts us about. On viewings she is the perfect balance of highlighting the positives whilst not trying to sell or push too hard.

We have now moved into our house and it is perfect for the family. Life will now be easier for us all and most importantly happier for the children. However, without Rob Burley at Fine & Country this would not have been possible. A massive thank you to you from all our family.
