Our flat sold with Sears and we ended up buying a house listed with Sears - the whole process was seamless. We can't recommend them highly enough, especially after we've had some more negative experiences with other estate agents in Wokingham. Thank you so much for all your help in finding us our home!

GoogleI can’t thank Sears enough for their support with my flat sale. They have been so helpful from the very beginning, and supported my sale going through in just over 3 months from offer to sold. Considering this was my first time selling, they made the process smooth and easy to understand. Lydia in particular was a huge driving force and was so on it with chasing others and keeping me in the loop. Everyone I spoke to was kind, upbeat & helpful. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleFrom the very first viewing hosted by Aimee, I had such a positive impression of the firm. Both Aimee and Lydia are honest, down-to-earth, friendly and incredibly responsive. Communicating with them feels more like talking to a friend than dealing with a typical estate agent. They have also been very understanding throughout the process and always respond quickly and efficiently. I genuinely love their warm and straightforward working style and would highly recommend them!

GoogleI couldn’t have asked for a better experience so far with selling my apartment with Sears. This is the first time I have gone through selling a property and from the initial valuation with Harvey, the team have really put me at ease. They have been really friendly, professional, and knowledgeable with fantastic communication. Aimee and Poppy in particular have also gone over and above my expectations by leafleting/ door knocking down particular streets we are interested in purchasing from. I really cannot rate the team highly enough would recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent.

GoogleI have just come out of a difficult divorce and was looking to purchase a house for myself and my children. The thought of viewing properties on my own was a bit daunting for me. I first made contact with Sears Estate agents in Wokingham a few months ago and viewed two properties that they were marketing. I met Poppy at both viewings, she was warm, friendly, and professional as well as being very knowledgeable about the properties. Unfortunately, I did not have a buyer for my property so was unable to put in an offer or purchase with Sears. However, I was very impressed that Poppy and her colleague Amy, acknowledged my property search and contacted me recently about another suitable property, before it was marketed live on websites. They were very efficient in arranging a viewing for me promptly. I was met at the property by Alison, who was again, very warm, friendly, welcoming, patient and open to questions. After the viewing, I went to Sears estate agents office in Wokingham town centre, where I was met in a friendly manner and offered a hot drink, which was a nice touch. Poppy assisted me with the administration involved in putting an offer forward, as I had unfortunately left my glasses in my car! She was very helpful and patient and explained how the process of putting the offer forward to the vendor worked. I was very impressed with the office layout, clean lines, modern decor and comfortable chairs. I would like to mention that I was very impressed with my experience with Sears, Wokingham, the staff are excellent role models and ambassadors for Sears, keep up the good work. Allison Radcliffe 😀

GoogleSears are an absolute breath of fresh air after enduring a different rental agent for 2 years (think ancient Italy.) Freddie and Kiera in rentals (as well as Jake in the maintenance side) have been polite, efficient, professional and responsive. They listened to our needs and delivered. I absolutely wish I had used Sears earlier which would have saved alot of stress and hassle but we got hoodwinked by a convincing salesperson who left after paperwork was signed. Don't be an idiot like me. These guys know what they're doing, they answer the phone or get back to you fast, you deal with the same people - not butterflies. It takes the pain out of renting out a property. Amazing service & great team. Thank you 👍

She is professional, knowledgeable and reliable, she always got back to us promptly.
