Townends and now Stirling Ackroyd following the rebrand has been my property manager and agent since 2006. They have been highly effective in securing tenants and managing the property. In particular I have worked closely with Nicole who is an excellent, and extremely responsive property manager. She makes my life as a landlord alot less stressful and she is great at making sure tenants are well looked after.

Service was fine until something went wrong with a parking permit. Then suddenly nobody can help. All I’ve requested is a new permit and now there’s no responses to email!

I found that they listened to what I was saying and immediately understood what it was that was needed. The staff working there were knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help. I recently contacted head office and spoke to a lovely lady called Ashley. From the start to the end she was fantastic. She clearly explained the process and made me feel at ease. I feel she really took the time to find out what my needs are. She clearly knows her job very well. Overall the service was 10/10 and I will definitely being recommending her.

Not a good experience. I have had two properties which they have managed for me for a few years. I have lost count of the errors, omissions, failures to follow-up on instructions and total mis-management. Their customers tenants and landlords deserve much better. As this situation has been going on for sometime, I think its the leadership in this business that need to change: - smell the coffee and leave

I received great service from Stirling Ackroyd. I bought 2 houses with them. I have started to use their service for getting new tenants for my flat. Toby, Archie and Cheveiz are doing very good job. They are very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Stirling Ackroyd to my family and friends.

A big thank you to my property manager Violeta Gordejeva. My boiler was broken and left me with no hot water nor heating. A couple of hours after I wrote to Violeta, she has contacted the contractor, and it got fixed the next day.

FacebookWe rented this property. We have calling for 3 weeks. Wach maching is broken no return. Your laundry is wet this is their duty for for the fist time. We have encountered such a troublesome situation key the mailbox doesnot open the door is troubled the refrigerator freezes and air condination is not work everthink is very terrible.
