FacebookThe team went above and beyond to get my late dads bungalow sold and completed. Kerri and Lalena were exceptional and so helpful, caring and professional but with a large slice of humanity. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you guys. Carolynn

FacebookIt is our 1 year anniversary of being in our home with the help of les, Lalena and the team! We bought and sold through Foundations and could not have done it without them. They were superb!! We are still so happy in our home!! Thanks all again! Mike

YellThe BEST estate agents!
The BEST estate agents! We've had a long journey with our house move and Foundations were incredible at every step. They worked hard to ensure we got the best deal for our house sale, lining up back to back viewings, following up with individuals, even spotting early on (before it became a much bigger problem!) when a buyer submitted an offer but then disappeared. It was almost no suprise when the house we'd offered on fell through and Foundations saved the day again, finding our dream house and securing the purchase. They really listened and understood our position and what we were looking for. I will be recommending them to everyone!

FacebookA very professional and excellent service received from Gero, John & Rosamaria at Foundations Lettings. Gero's expertise and advice to us has been invaluable.Excellent photo's and description created, which we are sure resulted in the property being snapped up very quickly. Property went "live" on 22nd January, offer received and accepted on 25th January, with tenants moving in on 1st February. Thanks guys - job very well done.

TrustpilotThe estate agents advertised a house…
The estate agents advertised a house with standard 5 weeks deposit and then one months rent in advance. After receiving a holding deposit of one week they changed the contract to 2 months rent in advance and holding deposit. Very untrustworthy company please stay away.

Yellagonising
Shower broke 3 weeks ago, still no idea when it will be fixed. Apparently the latest communication always only arrives the moment before we call. Agent is just busy blaming everyone else and has no clue about what needs to be done to get the shower fixed. Not sure if this is just because we are from the continent. MERRY CHRISTMAS

FacebookGero and Kerri thank you so much, for all your help and professionalism. To be honest I was a little apprehensive renting my house out, simply because I have never had any dealings with the rental market, you have both made it so easy and uncomplicated, you have been more than helpful. I can't thank you enough. Kind regards Jayne

FacebookI completed on my property today and the service Lalena provided throughout the slow tedious process was amazing. I rented this property through Foundations for over 7 years and found all the staff very professional and easy to do business with. I would recommend them 100%.
