Haart Wivenhoe and particularly Caitlin have made buying our first home an absolute dream! Caitlin has been friendly, professional and has gone above and beyond to help us including arranging a viewing at short notice, communicating with our Solicitors to make things run smoothly, answering emails super efficiently and always helping and reassuring us - as first time buyers we didn’t have a clue what we were doing or what was ‘normal’! From sending our initial enquiry email about a property it was less than 12 hours before Caitlin called to discuss what we were looking for, within 72 hours we had secured our plot and the next day we had a mortgage in principle after the brilliant Steven from Just Mortgages got involved to help us! The whole process has been totally effortless and both Caitlin and Steve have managed everything to avoid us having any stress. We have never been left in the dark or unsure about what is going on as the communication has always been brilliant - clear and regular. We couldn’t fault the service - thank you again for all your hard work!

Dealt with Caitlin throughout the whole process, from the very first viewing all the way to helping deal with the snagging list even after the property had completed. She really went out of her way to make sure she had all the answers to the many questions I had and also to help me with the process of buying my first home. I would fully recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property if they want someone that does actually care that their process is as stress free as possible.

We have not been lucky enough to complete on our sale/purchase to date but we just wanted to share our positive experience of dealing with Haarts Wivenhoe branch. We have had quite a rough ride - purely due to our chain collapsing, which sometimes happens. However from the moment we signed up Jamie, Ann, Charlie and Harrison have been on the end of the phone or in branch to offer their support. Jamie, the Branch Manager has shown a cool business head in a crisis and offers solutions to problems which has been complimented by Ann's calming approach to my 'melt downs' she has a sympathetic approach and calms the waters. Of note Charlie, bless him has been like a 'dog with a bone' when it has come to marketing our home..... he's almost worn our carpets out with the amount of viewings he has sent our way. We haven't dealt with Harrison very much because Haart seem to almost allocate an Agent to a Vendor, which we like. However every time he has picked the phone up he has been very pleasant and upbeat. As I said at the beginning of the review we have not managed to complete yet but we have sold and found again and look forward to our move to our new home. We have to say ... moving house is definitely not for the feint hearted but with the Wivenhoe Team fighting your corner you will get there in the end.

I had some apprehension about it, as selling your house is often stressful and frustrating, but the support I have received from Haart at Wivenhoe has been excellent. Jamie, Charlie, Harrison and Anne worked well as a team, knew my situation whoever I spoke to, were always available, followed up promptly on enquiries and questions, and were constantly working to trying to sell the house and get me moved. Through no fault of theirs this was not a straightforward process, and there were setbacks along the way. But in spite of delays and disappointments they were always realistic but upbeat and positive about getting the house sold, which they did, and at a good price. I suppose I had more contact with Charlie and Harrison, but also often spoke with Jamie and Anne, and found that they were always professional, but at the same time down to earth, easy to talk to and nice people. Thanks so much! I think Haart have done an excellent job, and have staff who represent them in an exemplary manner here in Wivenhoe. Well done, and thanks Jamie, Charlie, Harrison and Anne
