I cannot recommend Steve and the team from Oxlets highly enough. They have managed the leasing of my property for me in Faringdon for the past 5 years and the service has been seamless. I live overseas and hence needed additional support in kitting out a new build with curtains and blinds and regular communications in overseeing maintenance issues that arose over the years. All matters have been dealt with extremely professionally, not just from our side yet also for the tenants with appropriate speed and quality of care. A huge Thank you!

I was a tenant at a property Steve/OXLets managed for 3 years. The entire tenancy, from initial viewing to emails informing clients of any changes to opening hours for holidays, managing day to day issues at the property and everything else I could have asked for, were handled highly professionally and promptly (including coming to let me in when I managed to lock myself out one sunday morning). I can't recommend them highly enough.

Steve looks after 10 properties for me and is brilliant. 100% efficient, always gives me good advice, and has not put a foot wrong. I once had a very very difficult tenant who I had installed (Steve would not have accepted her!) and he was outstanding in managing the situation and arranging for her to leave. I can't recommend him highly enough.

As a previous tenant, I'd highly recommend this letting agency. The house was immaculate when we moved in, and our agent, Steve, dealt with every routine problem (e.g. boiler repairs) without delay. Good value relative to competitors - no hidden fees. Painless checkout. All the qualities you'd hope for but rarely get, especially in Oxford.
