Martyn Cox and Company successfully sold my late father’s flat in Witney. It was a difficult market, but they were able to find a good owner/occupier buyer and achieve a reasonable price given the current market conditions. They are a smaller, independent, agent and adopt a more personal approach than I have previously experienced with some of the larger corporates. This I liked. Communication was excellent throughout. Once the offer was accepted, the follow up process was also excellent and helped enormously in smoothing difficulties when they arose. I would certainly recommend this agent and use again myself should the need arise. Thank you to Aaron, Lily, and Duncan at Martyn Cox and Company.

The team at Martyn Cox have been wonderful from start to finish. Aaron was our estate agent and I honestly can't express how supportive and kind he's been. Throughout the whole process we were supported by the amazing Office Manager, Lily, who honestly I couldn't have gotten through the process without, she was constantly going above and beyond and was the essential cog in the whole process, communicating with all stakeholders and their solicitors, continually pushing the process on, she has been consistently attentive and diligent. During the time of our sale and purchase we have dealt with Simon and Duncan as well, they were both keen to help and support if Aaron was unavailable. Since then, and although I’ve said the sale will probably be by private arrangement with no agent needed, Lily Bancroft has been most helpful, recommending a building surveyor, fixing a communication gap at the surveyor’s office, and advising on companies to undertake repairs and maintenance.
