GoogleDO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AGENCY I have had nothing but trouble with JP brimelow ever since the day I moved in. Conditions were not fulfilled, The house was not in a rentable condition when I moved in, some of the staff are unhelpful and patronising on the phone, and issues often took months to resolve. Also beware of the extortionate cleaning fees that come the end of the year.

GoogleI had an incredibly disappointing experience with this estate agent. Their communication was abysmal, as they failed to respond to my emails and provided false information about viewings. What's worse, they accepted an offer on my property without consulting me, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for my wishes. I would strongly advise against using their services, as their actions were untrustworthy and disrespectful which leads to questionable integrity !

GoogleI wouldn’t be fooled by the five-star reviews, probably paid or fake reviews. This company is absolutely revolting in terms of morals, values and ethics. Never have I met such sexist estate agents. They lie through their teeth and have no remorse for the mental struggle. Especially by John himself, will never use it again.

GoogleSo unprofessional and lacks communication. Had an appointment for a house viewing , rang their office as their agent was already 10 minutes late. The guy from the office told me that he don't think anyone is available and he will try to contact this certain guy and should be at the property ASAP. No body came and I was so disappointed I left after half an hour of waiting as I felt like I was just wasting my time. They could have contacted me earlier to cancel or reschedule my viewing. I didn't hear anything from them after, not a call back or email. So unprofessional.

GoogleNikki was really helpful and responded to every question and difficulty (of which there were a lot) really quickly and in good spirit.

GoogleStay clear of this estate agent. Dodgy dealings throughout the entire process. Refused to price property according to market expectations, refused reasonable offers without consulting and now i am left with a property that i am unable to sell for a reasonable price.

GoogleI offered a house on 205 old hall lane 431k. I have audio recording saved. they said it sold for such high offer that they were surprised. I offered upto 475k with all deposit and papers. something was going on with this house as months later when I looked up it sold price it as exactly 431k! were they telling the truth?

GoogleI could not fault the JP&B Withington team, they sold my house in record time and were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. They made what should have been a very stressful time very quick, easy and pleasurable. Would highly recommend their services.

GoogleUnfortunately they didn't provide the service they promised and even had staff who we caught openly lying to us.

GoogleAwful, avoid at any cost. Rude agent. Theres plenty of other agents available. Don't think you are special or unique in any way.
