GoogleAbsolutely disgusting company. When we were viewing a house the estate agents were getting very personal and belittling my friend who I was buying the house with behind their back. I would NOT go with them again due to their disrespectfulness and unkind attitude. The only helpful person on that entire team was Abbie who really helped us with buying the house and was very kind throughout the whole process.

We are very sorry to hear these comments, particularly as we have not had any dealings with you. We have no records for you having ever having viewed or purchased a house through our office. Nor have we sold a property to friends, as stated in this review.
We are a small team of only 4 members of staff, with Abbie being our primary viewing agent, so again do not know who this "estate agent" you dealt with is.
We pride ourselves on exceptional service as is evident in many of our reviews. If you genuinely feel that aggrieved, we would ask that you contact our office so that this can be investigated further.

GoogleWe tried for over 6 months to buy a property in the withernsea area having fallen in love with it. Several attempts were made to buy various properties to no avail. But the agents kept on trying making property viewings at short notice and doing everything they could to find us what we were after. Eventually we succeeded and despite several hurdles the agents especially Alice got it through to completion and now we reside in the area.
It’s not the first properties we have had and the level of service offered by the agents was excellent and they certainly went the extra mile. So in summary thank you all in the Goodwinfox team JD/NA

GoogleHighly professional at all times. Staff very accessible, and prompt response to any questions or issues. Withernsea is fortunate to have such an excellent estate agent in the town. We can't fault Goodwin Fox in any way. Many thanks for your help in selling our parents house in Chestnut Avenue. Dr Mark Nesti

GoogleI found them to be very unhelpful. Just told me NOT to buy a house on their books, which I'm interested in. Appeared to be unwilling or incapacable of answering my questions.
BEWARE if you are thinking of selling through them.
In response to your response: it's a great shame you appear to have no understanding of the idea of service. A disgrace to your industry.
It's not the property which is not for us, it's your agency. You have forced me to seek to deal with the vendor directly.

Dear Judy,
We are sorry you felt the need to leave this review.
Both ourselves and our vendor have tried to answer the many enquires that you raised and are sorry that you are unsatisfied with the information that has been provided to you after we have exhausted the options available to us at this stage.
As we are not solicitors, we are not in a position to provide legal advice or interpret legal documents that would be dealt with during the conveyancing stage by a suitably qualified solicitor.
Given that you are unwilling to appoint a conveyancer and have expressed concerns over the property in question we merely advised that perhaps this property is not the right one for you.

GoogleI cannot recommend Goodwin & Fox enough. They’re exceptionally knowledgeable at what they do. Very friendly and happy to help in anyway they can. A massive thank you to Jayne, Karen and Alice for all your support during our sale. They kept me up to speed whenever they could. I would recommend them to anyone. Again, thank you for everything!

GoogleAlice and the whole team at Goodwin Fox were so wonderful when we purchased our new home. They absolutely went above and beyond for us when our first house sale (with another agent) fell through and we thought we’d have nowhere to go. They did late viewings so we didn’t need to take time off work and really gave excellent guidance throughout the process. Goodwin fox are a really professional and supportive agent in the local town and we really appreciate all their help. Thank you x

GoogleI just want to say a massive big thank you to the staff at Goodwin Withernsea. They have helped us from the very beginning of our house hunting as we are not from this area. GoogleHave had an absolute nightmare since June with a house falling through. The girls at Goodwin kept me informed better than my own solicitor! Janey recommended another property which was much cheaper and suits our needs much better. She also recommended we use Sandersons solicitors and am thrilled to say that from viewing to completion was 4 weeks! I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending either Goodwin Fox or Sandersons solicitors.

GoogleI listed my property with Goodwin Fox while also viewing several potential purchases through them. Every member of the team was extremely professional, honest, and attentive, nothing ever felt like too much of an ask.
Thanks to their quick and efficient communication, they were able to re-engage an interested buyer, secure a second viewing, and ultimately achieve a successful sale of my property.
From appraisal to completion, the whole process took just over two months which is ridiculously efficient!
Good effort guys

GoogleI was a first time buyer and the ladies at Goodwin Fox could not have been more helpful. From the moment I walked in, to the moment it was completed fantastic. Just having the time to answer some of my many silly questions and do it with a smile on their face meant the world to me. Can’t thank the ladies enough.

GoogleExcellent Service from Vicky and all the team from start to finish. The property in question arose from a complicated and difficult probate process and the team at Goodwin Fox made everything so much easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble and their client care was first rate throughout. I had no prior links to Goodwin Fox or the Withernsea area but the best thing I did was stumble upon Goodwin Fox by chance. The staff have links to the local area and it really does make a difference to the service they are able to provide. I am not someone who usually writes reviews but felt compelled do so on this occasion. Thank you so much for everything you did for me and my siblings.

GoogleI have used Goodwin Fox to sell two properties recently, their service has been outstanding from start to finish. All their staff are pleasant, helpful, experienced & professional. Both properties sold quickly. Goodwin Fox arranged the viewings and took care of showing prospective buyers round which was great. They kept me updated with viewing dates/times and provided feedback after each viewing. I cannot fault their service and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks for a great no hassle experience in respect of both properties.
