During the purchase of our house, we encountered various difficulties during the conveyancing process. Even though we had given up, Martina Reilly at Fern Wright Estate agency worked tirelessly, contacting the various solicitors and everyone involved; and this helped greatly to steady the ship. My experience of working with Martina during this stressful time has been absolutely amazing. Her persistence, tenacity professionalism and humanistic approach when dealing with clients is a true asset to Fern Wright agency. The services provided were outstanding at all times.

We were extremely impressed with the all-round service we received from Fenn Wright. Our property had been on the market for 18 months. Initially, with one other agent and then secondly with another local agent. We received some viewings at first, but very little after the first couple of weeks with both these agents. We then decided to use Fenn Wright, in addition to the other two. Firstly, the photos the Fenn Wright photographer, were far superior. He also used a drone to take ariel shots. Our personal contact, Martina, was excellent throughout. She provided us with regular feedback, even during quiet periods and everyone else in the Witham office was aware of our situation and could answer questions if Martina wasn't available. We received more viewings from Fenn Wright than the other 2 agents and ultimately Fenn Wright found us our buyers. Through the stressful selling process, they continued to keep us updated, chase solicitors etc and solve any problems that arose.

We used Fenn Wright after being impressed by an initial meeting with Matt Steane who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He put our minds at ease that this was the right company to trust with selling our house. We have not been disappointed throughout this whole process as Matt has kept us fully informed and supported us whenever we have needed it. Both personable and professional, we have felt reassured that our house has been in good hands. We would confidently use Fenn Wright again if we ever come to sell our next home.

They were always extremely accommodating with additional visits to the house etc, and Kirsty and the sales progression team kept us up to date on a weekly basis from the day our offer was accepted.
