GoogleVery very poor experience. Instructed to do the conveyancing for the sale and purchase of our homes but after 72 hours of zero contact, despite 4 phone calls and an email being sent, the solicitor emailed to say they were too busy and could not represent us despite asking for all documentation to be sent to them. The customer service manager was extremely rude and unwilling to accept that this is poor service. Her customer service skills were to threaten me with legal action if I said their professionalism was lacking the standard expected of a legal firm. Would not recommend them in any manner.

GoogleI recently used this solicitor for the sale of my property and was very pleased with the service provided from start to finish. The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally, with clear communication throughout. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered promptly and in a straightforward manner, which made what can often be a stressful process much easier. The sale progressed smoothly, and everything was completed within the expected timeframe. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail and proactive approach in dealing with any issues that arose. I would highly recommend this solicitor to anyone looking for a reliable and professional conveyancing service.

FacebookDoubled my Bill from the initial quote and held documents to ransom.. I initially went to Pomphreys as they had dealt with multiple house transactions for me and my family and they were seen as a safe pair of hands.. How wrong could we have been. We agreed on a price for some documentation following my father death and they were listed on the .gov website as being able to carry out this service. As it goes I now know that they had never done it before and were making it up as they went along resulting in delay's. I received a bill for the agreed amount and then a few days later another bill for the same service but almost double the amount. I took it up with them but they were not interested and just stone walled me with that they felt the new invoice represented a "fair value" given the "additional work". The only additional work was that they didn't have a clue about the process and messed it up, this was not on me!! They would then not release the documents till the new amount was paid in full!! I will no longer use Pomphreys for anything and I will make sure that none of my family or friends do either. They were our go to for property purchases and advice but no more!!

I was very disappointed with service. I needed help not more stress in this situation. I would not recommend this company and especially Sarah Lynch .

FacebookI can't thank Alison enough for her amazing expertise and support throughout the process of selling my house. It went up for sale last Thursday and was under off today .... only on the market a week receiving over home report value! She made the process so easy for me I honestly couldn't recommend her enough!
