Poor, had a mould issue that kept getting knocked back every time I raised a maintenance complaint, they did everything to dodge repairs of this over the years I lived in the property and when moving out they were so unprofessional with the handover it was almost like they were avoiding me asking me to leave the keys in the empty property without locking the door behind me and emailing them once I vacated. Seems like avoiding behaviour to me… I can only assume it’s because they knew exactly what they were doing when it comes to avoiding repairs. Terrible company, stay clear Have attached pictures but for some bizarre reason my review keeps disappearing so I have contacted google. It’s only fair I get to share my horrendous experience of this letting agency. Response to your reply; you are an absolute liar you didn’t at all install additional ventilation, you mentioned about it but you didn’t do it. My ex partner at the time was a brick layer and even looked at the brick and said it had years of damp and rain in the brick causing the damp on the inside. You installed damp proofing in the living room when the bedroom was the worse room and you kept blind siding the fact the bedroom needed repairs doing to it. Do not lie to try and cover your own back. You know you paid my deposit back in full because you know you had me living in squalor. Took your time to reply as well I moved out in march 2024. Says it all doesn’t it really. Corrupt letting agency.

I moved into my newly renovated flat about 8 months ago. We had a problem here with the laminate flooring. It was taken up. I asked if Wirral Homes could replace it with carpet which they said yes to. It looks lovely and they have had to move my furniture 5 times. I can’t praise this company enough. Especially their contracts manager Paul and his team. This company are by far the best private landlords I have ever been with. Many thanks
